I ordered the Baked ziti with meatballs, my wife ordered the Lasagna with meatballs on the side, we also got an order of French fries. There was a FEATHER in our fries. On top of that, the baked "Ziti" was in fact penne, and the meatballs were basically mush in ball form. I will never eat here again.

Received the wrong pizza, which I did not want and was not going to eat. When I called to ask for a refund, the owner/manager said I would have to get another pizza or bring “his pizza” back. I was taken aback, and told him he should send someone to pick it up, since the error was theirs. He refused, so now I’m having to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Good times! When this place was under different management, it used to be pretty good. That is clearly not the case anymore!

Friendliest employees I've ever come across. They gave us free samples of their pizza because we had never been there before. The food was beyond compare! The slices were big and prices were cheap. This is definitely a restaurant you'll want to visit!

I came here several times and it first opened and loved it. After about a year I returned and it was not quite the same. The food was still good, but the spark was gone. The enthusiasm and pizzazz that had struck me at the start, was missing. The fifth Star went with it.

Best customer service I’ve ever received at a pizza restaurant - period. While cracking jokes and being friendly, the person helping us handed us our pizza we had ordered 20 minutes earlier. Amazing cheese, great Hawaiian. The inside feeling was friendly and comfortable, I could definitely have seen myself eating there and feeling at home.
