Went in & stood in line without a greeting for at least three minutes before I asked was someone working the line, to no response. Two mobile orders were also waiting for assistance. Finally a young lady ON BREAK, came to take my order while the mobile orders had to shout for some help! This is the worst display of customer at dinner rush. Not to mention I patronize this particular location because it’s by where I work. I understand being overwhelmed but there were more than enough people walking around to where someone could do better at working the cash register and expediting.

The employees are so nice here and they always get the order right ! It’s so refreshing to go somewhere and not have to worry about getting bad service or missing food. Their customer service is truly the best I’ve seen in a long long time ! Keep up the good work!

Fries were ice cold. Was giving another order of fries which were cold again. I asked for fresh hot fries. With the price of fries we should get hot french fries all the time. There was a worker staring at us like we did something wrong. There human waste on the floor in the woman's bathroom in one of the stalls. This place used to be excellent in cleaniest and fresh hot food. Did it change management? Corporate needs to have a talk with them.

This McDonald's could be five star if they fix the issues with timeliness. The drive- thru moves at a very slow pace. Curbside, OMG🤨 unless you have over 10 minutes to wait, I suggest you go inside to get your order.

Drive thru one speaker didn't work well and associate have a bad attitude with me He don't understand that I can't hear him well. today Wednesday at 10:28am.... the register lady take my money she was so nice and sweet. But 1 star because associate rude, no patience, bad attitude not customer service at all.

I order my food on the kiosk. Then I had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier to pay. Then another 15 minutes for my food. This is the slowest McDonald's I ever been too. I wasn't the only one waiting. 😢😢😢

Terrible service. Drive thru gal sounded ghetto. I ordered 3 fries (2md; 1lg). They only packed the LG fries (filled halfway). Gave the wrong sauce for my nuggets. Glad I don't live anywhere near that place. Incompetent workers. Will not spend my money here again.

I ordered the buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich. I go to Wendy's I get big pieces of lettuce and a big slice of tomato that covers the whole chicken sandwich. I go to McDonald's and I get this, three small pieces of tomatoes, two small thin lettuce leaves and mayonnaise the size of a golf ball in the center of the top bun. Because that's what I want to taste, a big thick amount of mayonnaise when I bite into a sandwich. McDonald's need to step up there game on how they make there customer's sandwiches. What they did here was slopping and very little to no thought was put in it. Don't know how this was acceptable to give to a paying customer but there it is. The taste of the chicken was good at least after I got rid of most of the mayo.
