I ordered two pancake meals and had to pay a delivery fee through door dash all for the syrup to be missing from the order. All of the other condiments were included except for the syrup. How does a pancake house forget to include the syrup on a delivery order?
Saturday evening. 9 seats occupied by customers. Service extremely slow. Waited some 15 minutes to take my order. Waited another nearly 10 minutes for a glass of water. Server is nice, however. But, for a low occupancy, service should not take this long.
They have a new rewards program that I used. The manager couldn't figure out how to use it so she tries to strong arm me into paying for a meal that I had already cashed in the points on my account for (not happening) . So they get a 1 star for her poor customer service and because she really tried

Waited longer to get the pancakes with my meal.

Waited longer than that for the check.
Food was warm, not hot.
