Little Caesars

So I pay $5.99 for a cheese pizza at Little Caesars or $5.99 for a 2 topping at Domino's? Your pizzas aren't bad and I understand inflation, but your edge was the Five dollar pizza, we got it because of that. The company was dying and then you came up with the inexpensive - not too bad - 5 dollar pizza. Who's in charge?, did yal run this by marketing?

Remember when Little Caesar’s pizza was hot and fresh and delicious and easy to grab to go? Well... I hope you remember because it’s a thing of the past now! What I am reviewing is the past three times that I have been in two months. Yes I kept trying and hoping for better but it never came. The breadsticks were missing the delicious topping that is spread on them and they were dark brown and you couldn’t chew it. The pizzas with the original crust were as thin as thin crust but was also missing the dang sauce on it and the crust was burnt on that as well. Everything I loved about their food is gone now. Grab a stick from your yard and add garlic butter to it and it will probably be better.

This place used to be pretty great. I mean, you got what a $5 pizza, but it was hot and ready as advertised. If you called an order in, it was ready in a timely fashion. I don’t know if there’s been a change in management or what, but the quality has really gone downhill. Hot and ready means nothing. There is always a wait time, and forget the pizza portal. If it works, the food is never ready when the app says. The employees are indifferent and unwilling to do much beyond standing around.

It's BAD. When we are having a 'tight budget' week we will order Little Caesars. The kids and I used to enjoy their pizzas. My husband never really liked the quality. Pizzas are never properly cut.. we have to re-cut using our own pizza cutter. We have ordered the stuffed cheese bread twice. Both times the bread was extremely undercooked. It was actually disgusting. Several of our pizzas have been burnt and crusty. This stuff is barely edible. We have now resorted to getting frozen grocery store pizza instead of the HOT N READY pizzas at Little Caesars.

This place is a JOKE. So, I called once and a girl answered the phone and said “Hello”, not “Little Caesars”. I called the number back and same thing. I asked her “Is this Little Caesar’s?”. Her reply “Yeah”. Ok then. I then asked did they deliver? Her reply, “Naw we ain’t even making that many more orders tonight.” It was 8pm when I called. My advice to the owners, either fire all the employees or shut the place down for good. Either way, the people in Clinton will hear about to.
