Jet's Pizza

5 out of 10 times you get the pizza you ordered, maybe. For instance, "turbo crust", not rocket science. Apparently it's an art most don't achieve at this location. Regardless of the request/specifications they fall short. Frankly over the disappointment considering what they charge. Done with them. Will road trip from now on. In other words, it's a gamble not worth taking. Simplified. Sorrento's it is, (Mt Clemens) that is. Thank you to you for always being consistent.

Granted it was NYE however, in the 1st picture a cheese only pizza, for a vegetarian, there were several chunks of chicken? In the 2nd picture this was supposed to be a cheese only pizza baked lightly? Not any lightly I've ever seen! I had to wait 25 minutes at the store to pick up pre ordered items. And frankly it was outrageous. Definitely not worth the time or money.

We placed an order for a jet10 pizza earlier today. When I arrived home, it was simply a cheese pizza without the addition toppings. I immediately called to have it corrected. The male manager was kind and offered to remake the right pizza. When I went to pick it up, a woman manager told me (2 hours later by the way) that I must bring the old pizza back in (after it had been fed to dogs and thrown into the trash). She said it didn't matter, I still had to bring it in. I reviewed health code laws, and as someone who worked in the service industry for 10 years myself, I immediately knew this was a health code violation. After explaining this to her. she yelled and hung up on me and proceeded to ignore my next two calls. I called from a different number and she answered and said I could come get the pizza. After messing up our original order, being told it'd be handled, and then being treated like trash will be the reason I will NEVER support this jets location again. I am also a verified Google reviewer, and law student. Lady, I hope you see this. I will be reporting you to the proper agencies. 😊

What a shame that there is no decent help in traverse city. My family has ordered jets pizza almost every weekend for years. Our son worked there all through high school. Tonight I decided to NEVER order from there again. Mostly because our delivery driver told me to order from somewhere else if I was unhappy with the pizza taking two hours to be delivered. When calling to inquire they just hung up. Obviously , they were deep in the weeds and frustrated, but the young man was obnoxious and disrespectful to me and his employer. Probably keeping his job because there is no one else. I’m sure if he had very many deliveries tonight , they won’t be as busy next week.

This location made me the wrong pizza. I ordered a bacon pizza and they gave me Some kind of pizza with chicken on it which I did not eat because I was disgusted. When I called the manager said it was too late to make me a new pizza since they were going to be closing soon but that she was going to put a credit down for us for the next time that we ordered. Now when calling them to order they say all I have is a $5 credit. Which does not even cover the pizza they messed up the 1st time. I am very angry and will not do business here again!
