We were totally ignored and stood at the counter as employees kept walking by...no acknowledgement a female in plain clothes clicked out and did not acknowledge us either..........get your people trained. This was at 7:30 pm we finally walked out it would have been a $50.00 order or more.

I lived in clifton for two years and have spent money every week at this Wendy's but I definitely will not anymore. Waited 30 minutes in the drive through after the bumped my order and told me to pull ahead and was clearly forgotten about. When confronted the worker literally ran away! When we spoke
Staff was friendly and even tried a different way to give us a discount b/c the app wasn't working. Food was up to the usual standard for Wendy's. Fries weren't quite crispy enough but they happily gave us some crispier ones.
I had an issue with my order but it was taken care of very professionally. Hyde the manager was the best and even offered if there was anything further they could do to help help fix the issue. Hyde needs a raise!
My food was stale/dry, and cold. Cheese was crumbling from being left out so long. Fries were cold. The staff was unprofessional and could be heard having inappropriate workplace conversations from drive through menu.
It's my fault for continuing to give this location a chance as it's closest to my house. The wait in the drive thru is always at least 10 minutes if there is a single car in the drive thru. This time I've been waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru.
