This Friday's is located in a new plaza and has everything to be great. Service was slow and distracted - maybe they were understaffed but I think the server was just getting distracted while working the bar area and the bar itself. Food was alright - my steak was very overcooked and my husband's bread was a very weird consistency. I'm hoping they are new and starting and will improve with time. I might come back in a few months to try it again...

The location in Wayne is better service and special wise, like for Happy Hour. They have specials all day every day so I only come when I don't have time to drive out to Wayne. This is ok but nothing special. You will get better service in Wayne and overall more worth the money. I was trying to pay my check an hour before closing but no one could be bothered to take my # for the rewards program, let alone give me change so I won't be back any time soon

I went to this Friday for a birthday dinner. This place was filthy. The waiter took 20 minutes to even ask for the drinks although the restaurant barely had any people. I patiently waited and order some drinks and it was not good and again I patiently waited and adjusted. Finally, order the food and it took them another 30 minutes. We order the chicken wings appetizer and it was really dry and it tasted like left over wings. Let’s not forget the utensils it was not properly clean. Overall terrible experience. I paid over 160$ and wasted my money and time.

No wait to be seated, drinks were fast. Everything after that was slow. Hamburgers came out as cheeseburgers, my wife's order was so late the server asked if she had actually ordered anything. We gave our server our points number written down when we sat so it would be ready later, but she forgot to enter it, and had to bring a new check. Good food, just took way too long.

This location lacks training and the proper prodigals for service, food and employee relations. I went there with my husband and son. We ordered two beers and a coke. My husbands beer tasted skunked, the service did not offer another drink before leaving the table. 10 mins later comes back to the table to ask what else can he get him to drink... my sons and husband food comes out to the table, says he will be one minute with my food. 12 minutes later, I timed it, my food arrives not as I requested. My husband is now done with his food. I requested to speak to a manager, the server didn’t want to get the manager, so I then proceeded to look for the manager myself. The manager comps me charges that I should never have been charged in the first place, there where charges for things I didn’t even order. Stay far far away from this location, promise it will be the best decision you ever made.
