B & N Cafe

I went to buy my father a couple of books and my girlfriend something nice for Valentine's Day. Did not disappoint as I got her a poem book that she loved and we love reading together. I will cherish this place forever and it has such a great selection of merchandise. From the actual novels to the gag stuff, it's just great in general.

Words cannot describe how disappointed I am that they turned the second floor into offices. The second floor of this Barnes and Nobles is what made it my favorite store location of the franchise. Reading books next to the big windows was such a nice experience. It is only one floor of books now. I also feel like the selection is not as great as it used to be in some sections such as the Language section. However, the employees are very nice.

The atmosphere is horrible here in the cafe section now. This one lady walks around to tables with people who haven’t purchased anything and says, “ If you haven’t purchased anything you have to leave.” Me and my friends feel very uncomfortable here right now, she’s going to so many people who have left to go to the bathroom and waiting for them to come back, just to tell them, “you can’t leave your table unattended”. Horrible experience for book readers who want to enjoy a great reading environment.

Love Barnes & Noble unfortunately time has denied us it's many pleasures no longer can you find the movie and music department(but u can on line🤪) and they've done away with the huge wall of magazines in it's place you have anime graphic novels. Haven't been here in a minute,hung out for a couple of hours, half hour in this section and like others we look but don't buy.🥴

Love this Barnes and nobles to sit and enjoy a drink. cashier's are friendly... However many people come in just to use it for internet that takes up space for those who want to sit and enjoy their purchased drink. They recently remodeled upstairs for offices that many are not in use. Could have opened an area for people who need or want to use the internet so that people who do purchase food and drink can sit and enjoy it.
