Clifton Buffet

I've been here a lot with my family. The food is usually exceptional, right now during the pandemic they are using disposables plates and cutlery. What I ate, tasted fine to me, but was it worth about $30 per person? Probably not, unless you are going to absolutely stuff yourself. Come with an empty stomach and pace yourself, you're going to want to make the most of the money.

I mean it’s not terrible, but unless you plan on stuffing yourself silly I don’t feel like it’s really worth it. $30 per person. Including $30 for my 2 year old daughter 😒 You could stick with the seafood and get the most for your money, if you can fight your way to the crab legs that are worth eating. While we are there a woman stood there and waited 15 minutes for the tray to be put out, 1 every 2 hours, then took almost the entire tray back to her table. I got an instant Peter Griffin image. I’d rather pick what I feel like eating and go to a good place with a reasonable portion.

This was my first time ever visiting this place and when you walk in, the whole place was dim despite having all the lights on. Some of the surfaces were also dirty/ uncleaned by staff. The food in the buffet was all bland (at best) and most of the food I ate was cold. I cannot speak for the soup as I didn't have any. The plates I used were cheap foam plates and all the utensils were disposable plastic Naturally, one of the foam plates collapsed right as I was sitting back down at our table. This place avoided a 1 star review because the waitresses we're an absolute delight and the seating was quite comfortable.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Me and my friends came in to enjoy ourselves here, and the moment we came in one of the servers she threw our forks and one hit my 2 year old. They took 15 minutes to get us refills. No one came to our table to check if we needed anything! When we were in the middle of eating they brought the check and we weren’t even done yet. They’re excuse was that we was eating dessert when only my daughter had ice cream and all the adults were still eating. I really hate leaving reviews but this buffet is plain disrespectful. The moment we spoke to the manager he didn’t do anything all he said was “it’s your fault for not getting up and talking to someone” this place is disgusting never eating here again! They don’t even have a kids changing table and the bathroom is just a mess. Not family friendly. Really bad experience.
