Mcdonald's

Recently remodeled and looks great, right? Brand new play area that your kids will love, right? Wrong. Evidently it was built incorrectly so it is CLOSED. They have two trash cans "blocking" the entrance to the play area, but but it was obvious people had been eating in there because tables were dirty and covered in crumbs. Yum.

Disgusting behavior. They forgot a fry. Store was open so bad to go back around in drive through, was then asked for a receipt at the first windows which I wasn’t given one and told he couldn’t help me so had to wait another 10 mins, when I told them they forgot a large fry. He said nothing walked away, then came back and handed us a fry, and said it only said one fry on the screen that’s why you didn’t get it and slammed the window shut. No apology or anything. We only ordered one fry….. and didn’t get it… so not sure what his point was. But disgusting behavior. Tried calling store to speak to manager no answer. So I will be calling again and also calling customer service. Never seen anything like that in my life. DONT GO HERE

The store (is/was) under construction. There was a nice clear sign set up that said 'Drive Thru Open,' so we went through to order at the window. After eight or none minutes of waiting with zero McDonald's activity, cars started to leave and we finally got up to the window; after another lengthy wait, an employee finally came to the window and told us that they couldn't take orders for at least 30 more minutes. A total of about fifteen wasted minutes. I thought we were being polite and understanding by waiting.
