Yes, you've read other reviews and I do agree aesthetics can improve. But just judging from the $6 2 plain pizza special (with drink) which I've gotten twice now, the taste is very good. The dough and sauce isn't too salty like other pizza joints in the area. It tastes just right. For the price, it's a hit. Don't expect too much, but this is the place for that quick pizza fix.

The only positive things I can say are: the delivery man was very friendly and their garlic knots were good. I spent almost $30 on my first order, expecting good food! My chicken parm was drowned in grease...french fries were soggy..clearly they have been sitting for a long time. None of my food was hot. They forgot my two desserts. (The only reason I ordered a second time was because they credited me the two desserts next time I ordered)EVEN my order-taker on the phone was unpleasant. She clearly wanted to get my order, rushed me and even hung up on me after I explained the credit of the two desserts to me...Both times, my order took 2 and a half hours! (The first time almost 3! for three times, of which two of them required the oven and the fryer) So even with bad food, there's no good customer services EXCEPT both the guys that have delivered to me. Do yourself a favor, either try their food at a different location or don't do it at all. There's too many pizza places out there that actually care about their reputation!

I really dislike giving negative reviews to small businesses but it seems like this business could care less anyways. The first time I ordered from here my pizza was crazy looking; cheese and pizza sauce everywhere. I decided to give you guys a second chance and you sent the onion rings over here burnt with no dressing and the cheese in the wrap wasn’t changed to my request. Also, when I called to ask about your hot peppers on your menu, not one worker could tell me what was in them. I’ve read other people’s comments and there have been so many issues with this business and their food. Just based from that and the food I have received tonight, you just don’t care what your customers are getting.

We just order a 24 cut cheese with light sauce and to not be burnt, a Italian mix sub, garlic bread and mozz sticks. Delivery man came WITHOUT the pizza at first, sub had onions we asked to not be on it due to allergy and had no oil or vinegar that we requested on it, garlic bread was burnt and we called to make sure the pizza made it back as they charged my card for entire order an hour before it showed up and stated another 15min to get the pizza meanwhile have our 6 kids waiting up to eat on a school night only for the pizza to be delivered BURNT and looked horrible. Can't believe I still got charged for $40 worth of barely edible food and a complete disregard or attention to our order details. Wasted money I don't have and probably will never order from here again.

Pizza was severely undercooked, almost raw on the bottom. Sauce was far too sweet for pizza, and to make it even worse there was literally zero seasoning of any kind in the sauce or on the pizza itself. Like eating soggy cardboard. A disgrace to pizzerias everywhere. Also, I ordered a wrap and they just decided to put it on a bun instead of a wrap... Did they just think I wouldn't notice? Won't order from again.

I'm sorry, but this is 2017. I believe the furniture and decor was installed back in the 80s probably. The place is decrepit. The ONE table you have there and chairs are worn out. Stuff people leave beside the road would be an improvement. I've never seen a worse joint in the Capital District. You'd think the pizza would be free with this appearance. But alas, it is not. Very expensive for what you get. If you have a choice, keep going past this place and within eye shot you will see a decent pizza shop. Update. Upgrade. Clean. Deliver a quality product. Employ friendly people. When you check off these from a completion list, I will return.

Wish I would have read the reviews first. Both sandwiches came dry with no condiments. One was requested to be toasted and wasn't. My soup came without a spoon. And it took an hour and a half to arrive, which wasn't indicated at all when I placed the order. Though I had to eat the soup with a fork, it was very good. And upon calling I was told they couldn't issue me a refund, just a credit for next time. Disappointed.

Tonight I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, buffalo chicken wrap and bleu cheese and onion ring appetizers. The onion rings were ok, but they didn't come with any bleu cheese. Fortunately I had some at home. The buffalo chicken sandwich is just a breaded thin breast w lettuce and hot sauce. They don't even bother to cut the breast into smaller pieces?!? Really? Its not a buffalo chicken breast wrap. And the grilled chicken wrap is a chicken breast, lettuce, and the wrap.. No dressing, no nothing. I don't think any less effort could be put into making food. I worked in several restuants over about 8 years so I do have some frame of reference. And as such I'll try to come up with something positive.. The food was mostly warm.
