I love this place I get salads for take out before work at least once a week. My only gripe is that the staff consistently leave items I order off of my salad. Most of the time it’s either avocado, eggs, or bacon all of which I pay extra for. I understand if fresh ingredients are out of stock but your staff has a responsibility to notify us and refund that part of the order. Starting to believe the kids do this on purpose!

I was really excited about this place because everything looks great and almost everything is gluten free. A little warning though that I wouldn’t recommend it for Celiacs. I became sick during eating which indicated there was gluten contamination somehow on the Mac and cheese or poke bowl. Unfortunately I had to throw away after a couple bites. Otherwise if you do not have an allergy it is a great concept.

I think the “build your own bowl” should be taken off their online menu. Never correct. Always forgetting items, especially the ones that we pay extra for. The online menu needs a huge overhaul because the actual store cannot deliver/keep up with it. I honestly think the staff has no idea when customers pay for extra items, therefore not making it a priority. I blame management on that. Also, the site claims the employees are given 100% of the online tips…… I’m starting to wonder if that is actually true. It looks like turnover is a huge problem. If the staff is making all the tips off online orders, on top of their pay, I would think they would stay. Hmmm.

I got there at 12:05 on a Thursday afternoon, just before the lunch rush which seemed to start around 12:30. Friendly staff, good fresh food, and I love the drink selection!!

I’ve never felt more rushed in my life. I went in to order and they didn’t ask me if putting something on it was okay they just assumed I wanted it. I asked for a different dressing and they seemed bothered and annoyed. They asked if I wanted walnuts and before I could even say no they already putted them on. Also the bacon that was on it was hard as a rock and I almost broke a tooth. Horrible service and the cashier walked away from us and didn’t ask if we wanted a receipt. There was no one else in line and an hour and a half until close so there was no reason to be so rushed. Also wouldn’t restock the spinach.

Seriously, ordered 3 tacos, 2 lettuce wrap and 1 in a tortilla. I've ordered from other locations and they always wrap tacos separately. This time all 3 tacos were all jumbled up in a bowl. They aren't answering the phone and the "mailbox is full" so we can't even leave a message. We ordered from their website directly

How in the world can you run out of cabbage!!!
It doesn't go bad for many weeks. With such a
good product I just can't fathom someone in
management not having enough cabbage shredded
or being able to shred some when running low!!!!
I love the food but am ticked off because it's not the

Order the large Korean BBQ bowel during lunch service; bowl was slopped together with all the toppings on top of each other. Bowel was maybe 2/3 full. Pork portion was extremely small with the server pulling the last bits pork from the warming tray. Very little effort put into this item and not worth the money.
