My nurse just got back from arby's. We got a chocolate milkshake family meal Extra fries and jalapeno poppers as well as a Rubin meal. they forgot the Reuben meal. OK OK lot of stuff Just a mistake I'll call make it right take care of it for later. It happens. I called twice only to be hung up on both times with no answer. I don't know who's having a bad day over there.....But yo can she get her meal she exchanged money for? P.S. Aint hating on arby's the food was good, what we got anyway.

Very disrespectful. Got to the speakerbox, the person said order when you are ready. We began to order and were rudely told we will be with you in a moment. Would not listen to the order. Had to practically yell to get the girl to understand. The inside was closed, there was nobody in front of us line. There is no reason it should be like this with as many people as were inside working.

This location closes early with no reason given. It also slices the meat way too thick every time, so you end up with 2 slices of rubbery meat on your sandwich. We won't be eating at the Cleveland Ga location anymore.

The lady running the register and was new. She did a great job! Her manager hadtocome help her a few times and he was really patient in showing her how to ring up our order.

We ordered the new stakehouse burgers and the bacon ranch stakehouse burgers and all the way through they was pink i dnt knw if thats wat u would call medium rare but nasty too chewy for us never again

We all just got three hour old stale fries that taste like they came out of a couch cushion. Complete BS. Will never go there again.

Would be nice to be able to leave a review about the food I ordered. Unfortunately we can't get the lady inside to answer the drive thru or the door or even the drive thru window. The sticker on the door says they are open till 11pm. The sticker on the window says the same. Google also says open till 11:00 pm. Can't get an order to go through online and can't get anyone to answer the phone. All lights are still on...sign, lobby, menu. Someone just decided they didn't have to work today. Why work when you can stand around doing nothing but looking like a complete fool and still get paid for it.

Avoid this place. Right on par with all the other worthless fast food restaurants in Cleveland. If you order from here, don't leave the window until you verify your order. I ordered 5 things, and more than half of the order was wrong.
