They served me uncooked raw food, got my $5.19 back instead of a full refund that I asked for after having to drive back there but they didn’t care, don’t stop here, unless you want to get sick, the chicken nuggets were also dry old and cold, just go to one of the 5 other fast food places next door

Recently came to this location at 11:50 p.m. at night on April 10th 2022 and have to say this is by far one of the worst experiences at McDonald's I've ever had I placed an order for pickup through the mobile app and when I can to pick it up was greeted at the intercom and was told to come to the second window when I passed the first window a heavy set black woman proceeded to wave at me and said no I told you to check in at the first window so I said no my hearing is pretty good and I'm fairly confident you told me proceed straight to the second window and then handing me my receipt and then slam the window and had an attitude and when I've got to the front there was another lady there who gave me my order who seem like she just absolutely did not want to be there when I said thank you have a nice day proceeded also slammed the window on my face I used to work at McDonald's when I was a teenager back when I was about 15 and a half 16 for about a year or so and I'm 24 now and have to say service is just completely gone down the drain avoid this location like the plague I've been at McDonald's on the east side that treats you better than this location

Fresh fries! Good customer service friendly drive thru quick and easy food ready at the window whoever the crew is tonight is good! Thank you! I’m pregnant and had cravings and the food was good and fresh! Now if only 117th & Clark could be step up their game

3rd shift crew -drive thru 3/30/22 W 150th location next to taco bell and rallys..
I pulled up, I was the ONLY customer. I waited, waited, waited and waited to place my order but no one took my order so I drove around to the first window...no one, I drove up to the second window and two ignorant "little girls" looked over when I stopped. I asked them if they were still taking orders and the one said "yeah, we literally asked you what would you like AS you pulled off".
So they asked to take my order only as they see my car pulling off after waiting so long...yeah right. Anyhow, she asked me to drive around again to take my order. I did and as I'm ordering I can hear in her background other employee just yelling and being very ignorant.

Just waited 40 minutes in drive-thru just to get to the speaker so I can order the crispy chicken sandwich meal that I have been craving for two days. I get my order and head home and it's made wrong. It's supposed to be only mayo and lettuce. There's no lettuce...

Little wait for it being 8pm. Food was fresh tasty and correct. Can't expect much more anymore. McDonalds has the best sweet tea

I sent my wife up to get food for me and the girls and all was going good she got parked for cold food like ice cold so Disgusting to bite a fry that was still crunchy frozen the only Thang that was good was the cheez burger that I asked her to get for the dog and that’s only bc the dog don’t care if it’s cold
