If you order in the app they don’t make your sandwich right. I ordered a beef mode sandwich which comes with roast beef, pepper Jack cheese and bacon. They gave me a chicken sandwich with no bacon and no cheese with very little meat.

This has always been my go to sandwich shop on Paulhuff. But the crew at night are rude, dirty, inconsiderate at times telling me to go to the other store. But the manager Tony and the girl on day shift are so nice, friendly and professional. Bout after Saturday night and Sunday afternoon I'll never be back. Subway has lost my, my family and friends and my company's business.

I've been to this subway and always had a great experience. Today was not that day! Young adults w/ no management or supervision that are new to this space do not create a good customer experience. The girl overcharged me, was throwing the food in big piles, no gloves, sneezing on food, touching a register and then food. Not to mention her little exasperated noises she constantly made...Terrible service!

Nasty window over veggies and meat. No one wearing a mask and talking over your food. I asked why they wasent wearing mask and the young lady said they didnt have to at this location.. I won't be back. The doors and all glass in restaurant is disgusting. They really need to do a deep cleaning here. I will be calling the heath department on this location also flys was everywhere and they did not wash there hand after they where putting chips on shelf.

if i could give zero stars, i would. it took 45 minutes for me to purchase two 6 inch subs, which is ridiculous. i saw someone walk out of the restaurant because it took so long. the staff was rude and complaining about the influx of costumers saying "i cant wait to get out of here". there were only 2 people working and they weren't cooperating at all; the lady in the front was obviously new, so she struggled, but the other staff member wouldn't help her pick up the slack and just stood there half of the time. also, the soda machine was broken and leaking everywhere :/. i will not be returning to this subway again.
