Milk shake isn't exactly what we ordered. My burger is supposed to have no onion and extra mustard. Bathroom is so nasty.

I went through the drive thru. One night got the 20 piece Chicken Nuggets. Good. Mostly getting the 2 for $6 sandwiches. I ordered 2 Big Macs for $6. Another night I ordered 2 Fish Fillet sandwiches. I love the Fish Fillet sandwiches the best. My favorite. Also $6 + A large $1 Coke. Good food. Nice service.

Just came through at 11:18 3/13/22. I had a simple order just 3 items, when I finished they said they didn't hear the last two items somehow. Which wasn't even a big deal, but when I got to the window and I said I'm sorry, can I add.. and before I could finish they rolled their eyes and was clearly irritated. I was just asking to add a ranch packet. Not that it should matter. I apologized for the inconvenience I've caused and moved to the next window. The gentleman didn't say a single word to me, handed me the 3 items, and shut the window. I checked my bag and sure enough he left out the ranch. So I waited because I assumed he was getting them for me since he didn't say anything. I ended up having to ask for it. I just didn't appreciate their attitudes and if that is their personality then they definitely don't belong in the window and need to be put on a grill. Which might be an issue for the first person if that chair they're sitting in is an accommodation. Also, I would have taken the survey on receipt if I could read it.

While they moved faster than normal. They did not have multiple items, such as their sausage burritos or any hot cakes. In place ordered egg McMuffins and they are burnt. Also the hash brown had a weird taste to it. Very disappointed.

I went there tonight. I set in line for 30 minutes. Asked for the McRib with barbeque sauce on the side. They put it on one side of the sandwich. Then I bought a basket of fries. They were cold. If you are suppose to close at 11 at 10:50 tell the people in line you are closed. Don't give lousy food!

The folks at this place are severely understaffed and hopelessly overworked. The exterior of the restaurant is in desperate need of maintenance and cleaning. I highly recommend choosing an alternative restaurant because this place is not representative of what a restaurant should be, in all aspects. As for staffing and customer service, this place needs a complete makeover.

Although both drive thru lines where extremely busy, service was speedy with friendly employees at the payment window as well as the pick up window.. Order was prepared correctly and fresh... One if my better experiences at this location.

Twice in a row I stopped to pick up a meal ordering the two cheese burger meal. The cheese burgers must have been assembled and set aside until some order one. You could tap the bottom of the bun and the burger wasn't warm enough to melt the cheese even a tiny bit! This restaurant has no lobby service with long line at the drive through. I will not be spending my hard earned money at the location again 🙄
