Quality and customer service has declined significantly since the first time we visited. Ramen is excellent quality but a little high $ considering the rigidity of the ordering process (no substitutions unless you pay extra). Owners are quite curt, not friendly. No more dining in now which makes this a lot less if a destination, not that it was ever any more than a dining room with a pick up counter and self bussing.
Bottom line, this is a great “you tried it once” kind of place. Too bad. Had the potential to be more.

I paid $32 for two bowls of Ramen and one bubble drink, which isn’t bad for the amount of noodles you get, but the quality/taste of the food is just.. meh. The noodles were nothing special and the broth had little taste to it. The upside to this place was definitely the drink. I got the Black Tea Boba with popping pearls and peach flavor added. If you decide to make a trip here, I wouldn’t come in expecting mind blowing Ramen. However, I would definitely like to try more of their Boba flavors. The place itself is cute. Small with limited seating, but not cramped at all.

~$10/~¥1300 per bowl, more depending on extras. I usually spend $16/~¥2100 per bowl after extras and a tip. I’ve enjoyed every broth and I love all the protein options except for the veggie dumpling — the spice blend in it reminds me of an Italian seasoning blend which seems disjointed with a ramen experience. Usually grab a milk tea—taro and matcha are my personal favorites and very good here.
The jelly eggs are always cooked perfectly. The garlic addition is tasty but makes the broth mildly sweet, which can surprise you if you don’t expect it.
IMO : tonkatsu broth with pork, 100% spicy (50% if you’re sensitive to spice), and an extra egg.
Very delicious ramen. I’ve been multiple times (it’s my new favorite spot in Cleveland) and expect to continue. The new online takeout only ordering experience was easy to use and not too much of an inconvenience, as I usually bring it to a park to eat and enjoy the sun.
Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed!

We went out of our way during a recent road trip to try the Ramen and boba tea. When we arrived, we were informed that they do take out only on Fridays and Saturdays. We were disappointed to not try the Ramen as we didn't want to eat it while in the car. I did get a peach pop boba tea. It was not horrible but not as good as other boba tea places I have been. Their pop boba is limited to one option, tropical fruit but they do have a variety of tea flavors. The tea I got had a weak flavor and the boba was kinda tough, small and not alot of "pop" to them.

Got the vanilla milk tea boba and the Miso broth ramen with beef dumplings. I got 50% spicy and it wasn’t bad at all I will probably go 100% next time. Both were super good and I will definitely be coming back to try the other broths. I have drank alottt of boba, this place probably has the best boba pearls I have ever had they are so sweet and not too gooey or too crunchy.

They’re ok sometimes good sometimes not so good but I always go because my nieces like it. Just went in to grab 5 drinks this time and one of the teas was terrible. So a 10 year old walks up and asks politely to have it remade the lady charges her again maybe because I didn’t walk up with her. But if you’re going to spend hundreds of dollars at a place and they can’t fix one issue who am I to spend more money here. Feel bad for tipping them every time now. They lost my business that’s for sure. Take accountability and fix the issue instead of making the customer feel As if they did something wrong

Love it 💕 was a great experience and also the bobba uff delicious I order Milk tea strawberry flavor with mochi and tapioca it was super good (also the coconut🥥flavor is good too!) totally recommend this place and also the honey 🍯 chips is delicious too
