Service was good and everything that we ordered was in the bag. Only problem was my son and my triple spicy western burgers weren't spicy...like at all. There was maybe 3 jalapeños slices in each. Barely any sauce. Made me kinda sad tbh =/

Food was delicious. Dining experience, not so good. They need help. Trash overflowing. Tables needed cleaning. We cleaned our own. Food on floors under tables. YES! They need help at this one. Understaffed.

Slowest service I've ever had. Why during breakfast rush don't they have 2 people working the counter? Bad management. After waiting 20 minutes behind 5 people in line I ordered.. food cold, coffee might as well have been hot water and for heavens sake stay away from the prime rib biscuit and burrito.. the meat has the consistency of undercooked octopus or a rubber band. I'll not be back if this is the new norm for Hardee's

This Hardee's doesn't seem to have enough people working there. There was only one server in front who was also watching the drive-throughs, and only one cook in the kitchen. There were no other customers inside at the time I was there for lunch. The one server took her sweet time in helping me. I guess I would have received faster service in the drive through. The inside of this Hardees needed a thorough cleaning. It looked real dingy. Won't eat there again.

This place is so sloooooooooow. They are slow to take your order and slow to deliver your food.
It would be one thing of the food was cooked fresh and delivered hot, but that was not the case. After ordering my food and pulling forward, I waited over 15 minutes for my food. When I finally got it, the fries were cold.
Unlike the Hardee's on 25th street in Cleveland, the employees did not look high and I got everything I ordered the 1st time.

Stopped in today for lunch. From speaker to departure in 4 minutes. The lady at the window was polite, friendly, and had my drink ready upon arriving. Meal was exactly what I ordered and hot. Thank you.

I was just there this morning and ordered a large number 3 with sweet tea and 2 jelly biscuits. I had to ask for the jelly because the woman worked the window didn't ask which flavor I wanted then I got home to find out they only gave me a small hash-rounds. Never had a problem with them till today not too happy with the service.

It my favorite place present dEveryone says: "If you need anything, don't hesitate, I'll be there for you ". I'm going to make a bet, without being pessimistic, that out of my Facebook friends that less than 5 will take the time to put this on their wall to help raise awareness of and for those who have mental health difficulties.
