I love the additions to the menu. I just had a Teriyaki Monster Burger with noodles. It was great.
Service was good and everything that we ordered was in the bag. Only problem was my son and my triple spicy western burgers weren't spicy...like at all. There was maybe 3 jalapeños slices in each. Barely any sauce. Made me kinda sad tbh =/
Food was delicious. Dining experience, not so good. They need help. Trash overflowing. Tables needed cleaning. We cleaned our own. Food on floors under tables. YES! They need help at this one. Understaffed.
Slowest service I've ever had. Why during breakfast rush don't they have 2 people working the counter? Bad management. After waiting 20 minutes behind 5 people in line I ordered.. food cold, coffee might as well have been hot water and for heavens sake stay away from the prime rib biscuit and burrit
This Hardee's doesn't seem to have enough people working there. There was only one server in front who was also watching the drive-throughs, and only one cook in the kitchen. This store had super fast service, clean store really friendly staff and the food was hot and fresh. Other stores in the same chain could learn about customer service from this store. 2 thumbs up, thank guys for great service.!
