First impression of the establishment was less than desired . Bloody Mary was terrible, but when the food came...
It was amazing . I would give 10 stars if possible. The good definitely out weighed the bad. If you are after drinks go somewhere else , but if your after great food , give it a try. You won't be disappointed !!

The food was great, huge portion size for a good price, I got the Texas burrito, it was probably 12inches long and a pound and a half of food. Tasted so good.

Its a piss poor service, incorrect order several times, sercer dont have no clue what is corn or flour tortilla. Just generally poor service tonight. To top it off, my fajita had 8 shrimp in it, a quarter of a quarter piece of onion because I can see all the metal of my plate and a pitiful amount of green pepper. Not returning.

Service was good but we had coupons from the summertime reading event held at the mall that has a coupon for this place. It says $1 kids meals so we went to eat and go to pay them get told the coupon is wrong. Its $1off and I can only use one of them. I have three kids. I argue with the lady that no where on the coupon does it say $1off or limit 1 per visit. She tells me it's the malls fault not theirs so I spent more than my budget on a meal because of a false coupon.

Ordered a meal that included shrimp. I specifically said no shrimp. Well, me and my wife wait and enjoy our time, then the dish,comes. W/ shrimp. We sent it back and a brief moment later it returned, to the table. The waiter was busy, so the help brought it out. Dropped it on the table and said," who had a seafood allergy. The cooks just took the shrimp out.
Be warned.!!!! I'll never return. Cannot trust food prep.

They insulted my 13 yr old grandson because he âdidnât order enough foodâ. Kicked him out with threat to call police if he ever came in again. bOYCOTT this place for disrespecting a young customer

This placed threatened my son and his friends by saying âif you ever come in here again and just order queso we will call the cops and have you removed and bannedâ. What?!?!?! Shame on you. A customer is a customer no matter what they order from YOUR menu. We will not be giving you any more service and will be telling anyone in Bradley County that we know.

We have tried several of the Mexican restaurants and this one is by far one of the best. We don't mind driving all the way out to the one next to Fresh and Low because it is so good. We have noticed that there is one waitress there that tends to be a little lacking in the service but luckily that is not true with all the servers. The salsa tends to be very spicy but ask for the mild and you won't be disappointed....

Heads up if you plan to eat at this place; to begin you will not be welcomed if you attend with a large party, they will seat you but after you wait approx 10-15 minutes, you will need to get your own menus if you plan to order food, once you have ordered your food, be prepared to send it back to the kitchen as it will be undercooked or not cooked at all, then upon leaving you will be expected to pay a 20% gratuity for the service, actually lack of service received.

My sister took my autistic niece here tonight, as they go regularly. Well, tonight, this restaurant decided my niece could not bring food into their place of business, even though she has done this numerous times before! My sister always orders, so it should not have been an issue! My niece is a creature of habit and she can only handle specific foods and such. Extremely disappointed in this establishment!
