So, If your watching I just did one on this Restaurant chain about a week ago. This time I went to another location. It was 530 on a Monday and the joint was busy to say the least. The drive through was packed so inside I went. This place was clean, the staff was very busy but so nice when taking my order. It was just what I ordered, cooked perfectly. Great team work! 25th street is the place to go!!!!

The food was delicious. Unfortunately the kitchen staff were rude to their coworkers in front of customers. A couple of the guys were goofing off and not focusing on work. The front checkout worker Madison checked in on why after 20 minutes my salad wasn’t started, and went to the back to make it herself. She’s the only reason I’d come back to this location.

This has easily become the worst Zaxbys around. Our meal today consisted of extremely mediocre chicken that was cold fries that were stale and tough like they had been reheated in the microwave only they were too cold for this to be what it was. The bread was hard as a rock almost all the way through. We have probably eaten here around 10 times the past couple of months and it gets worse and worse every time. Go to the one on Treasury if you want decent food. $24 dollars wasted today and will not be going back again.

There was horrible service. Every time we’ve been there we have been able to get our chicken fingers in wimpy sauce, however; this time, we were told that they weren’t able to do so. When they finally did so, they covered everything in it, soaked. The sauce was pooling around them, we almost had to eat them with a spoon. Another issue was the attitude of the workers, when my brother went to pick up the food they were giving him dirty looks. This was, all in all, a terrible experience.

Went today to try and go throught he drive thru. They're apparently trying to be like Chick-fil-A. Had this poor kid out in the hot with no fan trying to take people's orders. The menu he attempted to hand us was disgusting. When we told him we'd rather order at the speaker so we could see the menu he stated they won't let you. And sure enough drove up to the speaker and was ignored. So needless to say won't be doing business at either Cleveland location again. Who wants to touch a menu that who knows who has touched it. Just let Chick-fil-A do what they do. Why you gotta be like someone else. And if your gonna attempt to be like them you better step up your customer service.

Way to go Jamie! 6/15/22 is by far the best visit we have had at this location in over a year! Food was great and staff being managed! Jamie was cooking, taking orders, and maintaining everything. Thanks for the great service, we will be back!

The floors behind the register was so filthy and trashed, I don't believe a dog would eat there. The drive-thru floor area was also trashed. It was not even remotely busy when i went in. The straws in the condiments area was soaked with something. I told the Mgr on Duty about it. He said that someone had just trashed that area 5 mins prior with ice. There was ice in the straw container, but for all of the straws to get that soaked, it would have taken much longer than 5 mins for the ice to melt and soak all of the straws there.

It was my first time trying zaxbys.. I got the chicken sandwich and the chicken was super moist and delicious and the crinkle fries were good and hot. I wasn’t so sure about the orange sauce I feel like next time I’ll ask for Mayo on it and it would be a 10 out of 10. Would I come back ? Absolutely

We ordered 1 zax snak and 1 6 piece chicken meal through the drive thru...didn’t get all of what we ordered , no bread at all... if you go through the drive thru you need to check it before you leave... you would think for $17.00 they could get it right...

Absolutely love the Cobb Zalad. I get one at least 3 times a week. Best place to buy chicken strips and fries as well.
