Our steaks and shrimp was cold when delivered to table. Waitress was so nice but got all my food to go for our puppys. Blooming onion and waitress was Fabulous thou. Just paid and left.

This was my medium rare steak that was purple rare the first two times. Of course this is the 3rd time they cooked the same steak. Burnt it to keep me from saying it was raw. I give 2 stars because the other 2 people dinning with me had a great experience and food cooked correctly as I watched them enjoy their meals. Didn't honestly know they could put a steak you ate off of back on the grill where they are cooking other people's food. So, learned something new today.

My fiancee and I had a lovely dinner and a pleasurable experience at Outback in Cleveland, TN tonight! Our server, Caleb, did a wonderful job and was very attentive to us. We will definitely be going back! (:

The food is always good and the staff are polite but as of late I feel like the to go orders might be prioritized over dine in customers. The last 3 or 4 visits have been at least an hour between placing our order and entree delivery. Please don’t forget us who have been there with our dollars through it all.

My wife and I came to the outback steakhouse in Cleveland Tennessee everyone was real friendly when we went in but by the time we left after eating our meal we both got a massive case of diarrhea we spent nearly $70 in that establishment we treated the waitress right we gave her a good tip we complimented her to the manager and when we called back and had a problem they're acting like well there's nothing we can do for you I told them I was going to put the entire bill into dispute we don't pay $70 for a massive case of diarrhea and I'm pretty sure it was the blooming onion sauce because both of us ate that and both of us had a massive case of diarrhea if I could give them a negative 5 I would cuz they certainly weren't in any kind of a hurry to help us out we don't pay that kind of money for diarrhea and I'm pretty sure I'll never eat out another outback again

I love this place. Excellent employees. I seldom go in but order on line. Sometimes go twice a week. I am a widow and have a small dog that paws the air when she sees the bag come in the door. I order the other night and they fail to bring me my tea. I forgot I even ordered it. No biggie. My next visit they came out with a tea telling me that I had forgotten it the last time. How many employees would even remember? Their food is excellent. Service excellent and manager always wanting to help even when award points don’t show up. Thank you, outback for outstanding service.

Went for dinner today I had the ribs and my husband had the shrimp with volcano sauce and I have to say the food was excellent as was the service. Isaiah was the name of our server and folks let me tell you he never let my cup run empty and was one of the most attentive and personable servers I have ever had will definitely be returning!

Won't serve alcohol if your ID has a red box stating when you will turn 21 even if you are well over 21 yet they will take a gun permit as proof of age!?!

Really poor choice on your gun policy in the first place. But, to throw out an officer in uniform, just because you have a snowflake customer is asinine. Although it was onsite management that interpreted your policy, it is your policy that created the situation.

Never again will my family and I eat at your restaurants. Your management is absolutely disrespectful and lack knowledgeable reasoning. Disrespecting a law enforcement officer because of someone’s political agenda is beyond childish. No apology can deter away the amount of disappointment you have caused. God forbid something happens in your restaurant and you call 911 and need a law enforcement officer(s) to respond. Hope they put you on hold.

Ordered a 12oz prime rib, was a 1/4” thick, baked potato was hard, mac and cheese was just Mac no cheese, shrimp was over cooked, fresh onion soup was vegetable broth. Waiter didn’t care, then called upon manager, she said steaks are weighed before cooking, I was like have you ever seen a 1/4” 12oz. Here I thought I would give them a benifit of a doubt and see if they were better then my last visit 5 months ago. Nope. Last time I asked for a 1-1/2” steak as you can request size, they sent out 2 steaks staked on top of each other. Are you serious. I was sitting at the bar and the bartender was like is that a problem, shall we re-cook it for you. WTH. That Outback is the worst one I have ever been too in many states. I myself would love to go back and show them how to cook. Damn manager still kept 12oz on my bill. They don’t give a crap about customer satisfaction whatsoever. If there was a 1/64th of a star, they would be luck to get that. What sucks for them is I would frequent visit Outbacks in other states, now I’m local and they will not get my business anymore here.
