Worst experience I’ve ever had. I ordered my food through the curbside and waited 30 minutes after my arrival to get my food. I called and told them that I was there multiple times and they never came out with the food. after one hour of waiting I went inside and spoke with the manager and he said that the food was just sitting there and if they just wanted to reheat my food? What type of explanation is the that? What a great start to Valentine’s Day.

just left and the food was so good, but the 5 stars is mainly for our server. I think his name was Brandon and he was great. if I could give him 10 stars I would. super polite made sure my wife and I had everything we needed, checked on us to make sure we were still good. the food was good but the service was better

First off, my waitress Brianna was wonderful. A gem! Cracker Barrel is a great place to stop your travels, refresh and browse in the store. And thanks Brianna for taking such good care of me.
Had I hit the lunch hours, I suspect my meal would have been better. I arrived at 2:30 though, and the potatoes and the meatloaf were slightly on the dry side, having been waiting under warmers. But hey, it was plentiful and $10 (plus $2.70 for tea).
One small suggestion for the management... The waitstaff could use lessons in how to sweep under the tables DISCRETELY. Again, I visited in off hours, but I was sandwiched between two waitresses zealously attacking those floors like their lives depended on it. I grimaced at the thought of how much dust and dirt they were kicking into the air. The boss said sweep, and man, did they ever!

All seven of my family went here for Thanksgiving and our experience was awesome... They didn't mind that my 2yr old was a bit whiny, or that we kept asking for more biscuits... We left a good tip and had a great thanksgiving. My 14 yr old wants to go back every year!

I placed an order to go ahead and went it to pick it up. After having gotten home and discovering that my brothers bacon cheeseburger had no burger on it,I was very dissatisfied with the service. I will be calling back tomorrow to discuss it with management.

Dear server at Cracker Barrel. If you must relieve yourself of excess gas pressure, please excuse yourself to the ladies room and take care of business. 🤢 That was beyond disgusting and nauseating. Besides that, the layer of oil on the dining room floor was slicker than owls grease. It'll be a long while before we return. 🙁 That meal stunk #crackerbarrel.

Went yesterday morning for breakfast ordered our food waited waited finally comes out I ordered scrambled eggs cooked well done they came out slimy the bacon looked like it had been put on the grill and took right back off ordered loaded hash brown casserole got regular which was fine sent the rest back and our waitress came over and asked how everything was and then our food which we had ordered arrived we sent it back as we were done by this point asked for the check charged me for a full breakfast told her I ate hash brown casserole and a biscuit she comes back again and still charges me for the whole thing go to register and ask for a manager he comes I tell him. worst experience at this store doubtful we will go back by no means am I bashing the waitress she was doing a good job but the food is not up to par here lately.

I recently moved to Tennessee from Connecticut and it was my first time at a Cracker Barrel. I went with my fiancé and his grandfather and I have to say, I was pretty impressed. The portions of food for the price you pay is awesome. 3 sides with your meal AND all those biscuits?! I got the chicken fried chicken. It tasted great, but my only issue was the gravy was kind of cold. Our server Cody was very sweet and attentive. The store is really cute too!! They basically had to drag me out before I grabbed everything inside. I'll definitely be going back soon.

Well, after a very bad experience at the Ooltewah location my husband and I came to Cleveland for dinner and we had a wonderful experience. It was busy, but we were taken right to a table, out wonderful server, Matthew, was there in a matter of seconds, and our food was there in a matter of 5-10 minutes. It was busy, but Matthew never let our teas get below half a glass and was so sweet!!!!! Definitely loved our experience! �

It was just OK. The breakfast meal I had at 2:00 in the afternoon could have been on the warmer or grill for many hours. Not up to Cracker Barrell standards as I know them.

Pinto beans were canned. I know the difference. New kale salad was full of sugar no health benefit with eating it. Much to sweet. !!! Biscuits and fried apples and grilled tenderloins were very good. My waiter was very good.

Saturday was our last night in Cleveland TN. So we had to eat here at Cracker Barrel. We had the greatest waiter Zachary. He made us feel like we were a guest in his own home. The food was great but Zachary just put the icing on top of the cake to make it a great night.

Food was good: I had a veggie plate. Our waitress saw that one of my servings was small. So, she went back to kitchen and got me another serving. She did everything that she could to make sure that we had everything we needed. Also, a manager checked on us 2 or 3 times. Waitress got us a to/ go box as well as a to go coffee. Thanks for everything.

The food and employees were WONDERFUL but, there was one employee that went out of her way to be rude to my family when we tried to check out. Other than this experience, it's a great place to eat. If it weren't for this one employee leaving my parents feeling terrible, I would give it 5 stars.

Waited over 35 mins for our order and had to ask for the manager to handle things... it was taken care of and he brought our food to the table ... we were told there was some confusion in the kitchen ... maybe retraining the kitchen staff would help ... all in all it was taken care of but waited way to long
