So the last time I was here I spoke about the 1 worker that is hard working and very pleasant!!!!!!! Well I saw him and asked had he became manger yet? He stated he's getting trained now!!!! Good Luck MYLES you deserve it. You are a very hard working young man and they should be honored to have you as a worker!!!!!!!

Really fast service but the food has change so much with COVID-19 it doesn't taste nothing like it use to and the cheeseburger got so much smaller now it's crazy

This location may not be the best in location but The management team go above and beyond for customers to improve better quality food and excellent customer service. Thank You

They've been great to me and I Just started eating there again This Year. Great quality of the restaurant and service has stepped up even better.

Only one that was in line inside they still took quite a while to get my order correct, But, the sandwich when I got it was very very good.

If you haven't tried the Bacon jalapeno quarter pound burger. Try it . It is delicious. One of their best

Very upscale and futuristic! Those are two words you wouldn't normally associate with McDonald's but this is an exception. Great design, decor and the self serve ordering kiosks are nice! Worth a visit for sure!

Window lady a young girl was really nasty they way she gave me my drink and food.i spoke to a manager about the young lady and I guess nothing happen cause the young lady waste a drink she blame me and I was in the drive through line smh

I received an incorrect order yesterday however, was very pleased in the way it was handled. Ann replaced my whole order (she was not there when I came to replace it)! The manager that was on call (I hate I can't remember her name) around 1:30 p.m. Tues., 8/23 was very accommodating as well. I appreciate the professionalism.

I came and i asked if they still have the Quarter Pounder dinner box and she said yes so I ordered the Quarter Pounder dinner box and waited about 20 minutes with nobody else standing in line and got my meal set down and found out it was the Big Mac Dinner Box, I don't recommend this McDonald's to anyone, they don't know how to take an order right, when I called they said that it happened 2 days ago and there's nothing they can do, I called yesterday and was told to call back today

This particular location takes RATCHET to a new level smdh...I came in there this past Sunday, went inside to place my order. The girl who taking orders took the three people who were in front of me, and when I walked up to register she walked away! Leaving me and the lady behind me standing there for another five to seven minutes! And on top of that, she wasn't doing anything! Was just literally standing there! And then when she FINALLY decided to come back to the register, she was very attitudinal telling me "Can I help you!???" And LITERALLY snatches the coupon out of my damn hand! I kid you not it took so much in me not to snatch this ratchet ass broad up from over the counter! And no lie! Only reason why I spared her was because two CPD officers were in there placing orders as well. And then to wait as long as I did to come home and have a half ass made, lukewarm Grand Mac SMDH ...pathetic. I called up there that same day and spoke to Bridgette the Shift Manager, and told her what happened and she was extremely apologetic for what happened, and she knows who the employee is (Which makes me question Management's integrity as well)...but that just wasn't good enough. So did file a complaint with Corporate and they said they were reaching out to the actual store owner(s). Employees are the most incompetent I've ever seen in my life.....managers aren't far from it either....smh

This place sucks so much, beyond sucking. But it is right across from one of my favorite places. Awyeah
