I’ve been to several Charley’s locations, and this is definitely one of the better ones. Nice, updated location conveniently located in Tower City Center. Easy to access via any of the rapid lines.
Sandwich and lemonade were good as always.
The service is fast and the fresh made to order. Sandwiches are made hot off the flat top grill. The first sandwich is the Pepperoni Cheese Steak. The second sandwich is the Chicken California. Just a dead atmosphere tower city food court is pretty much a ghost town.
Pretty good Philly Cheese steak (#7). Great for a quick bite if you are in Tower City.

This place deserves 10 stars for their amazing service. You get a friendly greeting when your order is taken and all the way down the line are friendly people preparing your meal. It is always a pleasure to visit this location. Food is good too.

Must say they make the best Philly Steak and cheese sandwich I have eaten in a very long time. I use this restaurant in the Cleveland Ohio Tower City food court to have meetings one on one with friends about recovery and the process very clean
