For a drive-thru fast food chain great food. The reason for 4 stars is cause it's a chain. If were a mom and pop restaurant it would have been 3 or less. Burgers are always tasty, the Rally fries are seasoned well and like no other fast food chain.

I’m not sure of the employees that are working today (June 10, 2021) @ approx. 7pm….EVERYONE was beyond polite and even cooked our food fresh from request!! The employee on headset was SO pleasant & I could hear in her voice that she was HAPPY to serve us! Thanks for a great experience this evening,

The line was super long however, I was surprised at how quickly the drive through moved. I tried the mozzarella sticks..yes it was my first time and I was solo happy..they were HOT and very tasty. The young lady at the window did not 😃.

The food was great, I had a hot big buford free when I bought a large soda. It was worth it. Also I bought some hood testing hot fries. I will return because I keep getting perks on the App.

I was door dashing late at night, so the restaurant was not busy. I asked when do they close and the staff let me know. I ended up getting hungry and ordered my meal. Rally's in E. Cleveland has fast service and the cashier was nice. I even helped someone get a meal from there as well.
