A little on the pricey side, but the service and food was awesome!

Any time i visit Cleveland Ohio my first thought is about eating and Mr. Hero. I have also worked at the one on Harvard ave. The food is always great. The prices are kind of high but worth every penny.
Not a bad little spot for a quick bit while your on the road, but the real reason for the four star's is because they don't have any public restroom's, but the place isn't big enough for that anyway

Even since the managment changed, I've been pleased with the great service as well as the quality of food. I love the remodeled dining area and enjoyed eating with family there. Would definitely recommend to anyone!!!
Service sucked,man a register couldn't understand him at all ,manager had to come help me. Dude is very rude!!!but food was good,great lady manager.so recommend eating there just get the lady manager with perfect English to take you order.
These guys have the best food that i've ever had at a Mr. Hero, they always put their customers needs first. They treat their customers like family and since it's been under new managment, its a lot beter.
I had never been to Mr. hero before but when I did, it was just awesome... amazing food, amazing people(staff).. great work keep it up
