I've been going here most mornings for the last few weeks now. I was blown away by the outstanding customer service. The drive through is always so quick and efficient, and the employees are so sweet. They're always super personable too, asking how I've been and if I have work that day. I started going here to get breakfast but now its more of a habit because it makes my morning better.

EDIT: I just changed my rating of this location from 1 star to 5 stars. My original negative review is below, but I’m happy to say that this location has made a turn for the better. They clearly changed management, which is FANTASTIC. I visited a couple of times this week and was blown away at the service I received. They clearly care about their customers, something I couldn’t say about the previous management. I don’t mind if every once in a while the food isn’t the best or if the drive thru takes forever, as long as I can tell the workers are working hard and care about providing good service. Previously the workers would yell at customers while they sit there on their phones. Now, the service is nice, patient, and polite. I’m so happy that they changed management, I hope they keep it up.
ORIGINAL NEGATIVE REVIEW: This has to be the worst fast food place in existence. Avoid at all costs. The employees treat you like garbage, acting inconvenienced that you ask them to do their job. I literally got yelled at for asking for cream in my coffee. And they will 100% give you the wrong order, every time. I most recently ordered a coffee with cream and a bagel and they managed to screw it up. They apparently hire people who don’t know what coffee and food is.

Even though they were busy in drive through, the crew was attentive, friendly and efficient to those that were in the restaurant.

The staff here is always pleasant no matter the time of day, and the coffee always has the same flavor. Sounds odd, but if you drink Dunkin' Donuts coffee, no matter where you travel, you know what I mean. Some just don't live up to the standards. This location does.

During the last 5 years I ran The Media Store, my digital company out of Dunkin' locations all over the Eastern U.S. and got great food, rewards and service at nearly every location. For the summers my home base is this Dunkin' in Warrensville Heights, Ohio. Now that I have a movie company and use Dunkin' for meetings, I want to say that NO CREW is better, more friendly and more fun than Glen, Brandon, Jada and the crew here!

Under totally new management (or ownership), and a huge difference in customer service. The prior manager was very nice, but his employees were apathetic, condescending and error-prone. The new team is profoundly improved…so nice to see the change!

Stopped in after class for a ice cream treat. The clerk was nice enough to inform me that the ice cream I had selected was old and at the bottom. Most times they would just scrap and give it to you. I appreciate that so much also purchased donuts. Great service!! -Thank you.

The hottie drive thru guy with the tattoos 😉 has great customer service and he is very nice even when its hectic and busy ☺️ he's definitely care's about making the customer happy and that's important in customer service !
