The manager at this location was very helpful and friendly when I spoke with him the day before Thanksgiving on the telephone. They actually answered the phone after 2 rings, AMAZING!
I couldn’t even get anyone to answer in the Chattanooga store. This is why we are traveling to Cleveland, TN Honey B
The sandwiches were awesome. Hubby is a pretty picky eater but we both were really satisfied. The sandwiches/lunch seems like an after thought, but they are really very good.
Atmosphere was pretty meh. Lots of Thanksgiving traffic. Seemed like an employee meeting was going on.
Great lunch Sandwich and Soup
Had the delicious Honeybaked sandwich. I completely enjoyed the flavors. Their ham, the sweet honey sauce and then the crispy onion straws.
Also has a side of the ham and bean soup. Great for the cold weather! Great place to eat lunch. I'll be back.
Wow! Enjoyed my Cobb Salad and the Honeybaked sandwich. Very tasty and yummy! The food was delicious, staff was friendly, and very clean store. Highly recommend this place and I will be returning!

I got the Cobb with honey mustard. Hold the pickled onions. Full size. It was delicious and I’d get it again. The Manager was helpful at all the right moments and welcoming as soon as we entered the store. Thanks!

Best sandwiches ,better than subway , the sauce on the ham is amazing , the produce they use is fresh and vibrant , not stale and past its experiation date
The sandwiches are good and the sides are tasty. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you want a nice cold cut lunch or dinner with no frills, this will fill the bill!
Quick and painless process to pick up. So impressed by how quickly I was able to check out. Thankful! The family enjoyed the ham and turkey breast.

Social distancing was in effect, but you can eat inside. Meal was delicious. I got the turkey bacon ranch sandwich. Service was friendly and helpful.

Ever!! Always eager to please !! For example: Most honeybaked ham stores close for lunch during holiday rushes. Not ours! They kept serving boxed lunches for their customers even though they were back in the back rushing to meet their holiday
For a quick lunch meal this place was great, the sandwiches were stuffed with meat, hot quick and tasty. We will be back
