I usually go to the Mr Hero on Turney but I decided to stop here instead because it's on my way home. Happy I did because they were very friendly and welcoming when I came in and the place was very clean 👌. Plan on making this my regular stop when I'm in the mood for buttery beef steak 😋
I live in Kentucky but come up to Cleveland for business every now and then, and when I do I always make sure to get me some Mr Hero. It's just that good.
I have consistently had a hood customer service experience with people greating me when coming in and taking my order and making my food correctly.

I LOVE Mr Hero. Specifically the Roman Burger. A perfect example of fast food gluteny. 2 burger patties topped with salami and Italian meats, covered with cheese. If that's not enough, layer on Italian oil, mayo, tomato and lettuce. A regular burger bun just won't do so it's all perfectly place
