Like always this Popeyes on 71st food very fresh and manager working with her employees getting orders done so us customers did not have to wait long. Just great customer service this is why when I am in city.

The line runs extremely slow so if you are in a hurry this isn't the place for you but on the other hand the food is always prepared correctly staff member have never been any but polite and patient

Ordered spicy chicken, but they were out, stating it would be a 10 minute wait. Beans and rice needed a little more flavor. The environment around needs to be desperately clean and outside the pickup window. Service itself was pretty fast and staff very courteous!

I love Popeyes chicken it hit the spot for me that day. From driving home. From a meeting In Cleveland.

This Popeyes location seem to have a better team working now. Service was good and the food hot and tasty. Keep up the good work

Edit: from 1 to 4 stars. Seems like they got their issues worked out, much faster service. Original: Slowest drive through ever. I left after spending 30 minutes in the drive through line, with only 4 or so cars served in that time

They was out of a few things but it was nice to try the new buscuits

We stopped in for lunch the other day and the service was excellent. The food was on point. Very impressed.

Please know your menu specials. I asked for the 6.99 special and they had no clue. I ended up spending extra. Usually the service is great, this time not so much. AND SMILE 😁😌!!!

Line was long in drive thru but moved relatively quickly. Staff was courteous. I can't say the same for the customers in line. The female in front of me was ordering her food and then she started screaming to tell someone to shut the **** up and it went downhill from there. Don't know who she was te
