I have been enjoying the Roman burger when the first Mr Hero was
Located on Bellaire Ave in Cleveland. I noticed that the menu has changed. The kitchen is always clean. The. Staff is always polite, and happy to accommodate your needs and diet. Well lit and not crowded. Not enough lettuce on the Roman, so I always ask for more. Love the euro.

Enjoyed lunch at ππ« πππ«π¨ on a Friday. I ordered 10pc chicken nugget with waffle fries lemonade π π₯€ and cheese sauce and also a Roman burger with waffle fries and cheese sauce. Pretty cool spot for a quick bite

I call it a sandwich because their was deli meat on it, but I had a Roman Burger with waffle fries and warm cheese sauce.

Favorite Mr hero restaurant!!! And there r 3 others in my area. Don't know if it's the cute staff or the great service. Food comes out in a timely manner no matter how many are in front of you. Food is consistent rather I order it for take or I order it for pick up or delivery! Favorite restaurant in the Garfield/maple area

I am new to the area but I have been here a few times everytime I have been here the food was great!! I am currently pregnant with twin girls and they crave chicken phillies and the wafer fries with the cheese sauce, have to have the cheese sauce or it's not the same!! π The staff is always nice and friendly also. I hope it stays like that!! Customer service means a lot to me personally. I have done plenty of fast food and restaurant work. So I know how it is and how some customers can get and how some employees are also. To me if the employee has a bad attitude they will serve you any thing. When I worked fast food if I wouldn't eat it i wouldn't serve it. I want to go up there and get some lunch now π I may just do that!!

Orders are filled correctly and completely the FIRST time. And they always take time to say thank you for your business.

Great service and great food, I have been going here since I moved to this area, so that's about 3yrs. I have only had one issue and it was resolved quickly without a problem.

This Mr.Hero is the best. The ladies up front are always nice and on top of it, food's done in a decent amount of time, always sparkling clean, there's an odd smell when you first walk in but all Mr. Hero's have that- it must be the meat lol yikes, but yum
