Shout out to this rally’s for just being great tonight. I went here last minute to grab something quick and my order took a little longer than normal but I was cool with it I noticed they were busy. So after having me pull to the side they soon bought out my order which was super hot and fresh plus they threw in a pie!...and on top of all that I noticed there was a kitten on the side of the building who they laid food out for and made sure he was out of harms way!! So shout out to you rally’s for great customer service, hot food and saving kitchens all at the same time 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾❤️

Honestly 5 stars from me. This is the best place to go on the late night when you need to put something in your stomach. I had to wait a little bit but that's because they had door dash orders and honestly I'm not mad, they are making they money. One of the employees came out made sure my order was ok and made sure I was taking care of and he apologized for the door dash orders. When you can handle business and make sure a waiting customer is happy, 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from me

Every time we go it's late at night but they are pretty fast. The fries are so fresh and hot I FINALLY like them! And my favorite is the funnel cake fries!!

Rally's food is still decent but not nearly as good as it used to be. I get that regulatory issues happen and stuff has to be changed so companies have to figure out how to continue to make money and things will change but I don't get why recipes change.

They rip you off at this one. I purchased food was told my wasn't ready and would fix everything fresh. Didn't mind waiting, young lady gave me my food and I left. Got home only to open bag and all my food wasn't there went back told them what happened. Pull up to the window then to be told I wasn't getting the rest of my food cause I didn't have a receipt. The girl who took my order was standing there and didn't open her mouth admit she made a mistake that I didn't get all of my food.

Get to the speaker, there's a long silence, followed by a curt :"can I have your order ". I said the 1st thing, and a total was blurted out, before I could get to the 2nd.
The body language was all wrong, then I was asked to drive around to the other window.
