I reached the voice box and the guy goes, whenever your ready and I say I’m here for so and so… and he goes hold on… gets back to me and goes ohhh you still here… like yeah you told me to wait…

I use to like this location but lately it's just bad here. Service has gotten slow, prior visit fries were old (a first). But today as we can see I sat in this slow line ordered a medium jamocha shake, asked when I seen it in the window did they make vanilla that that's not what I wanted. Employee confirm no it's the jamocha flavor it's "just light" I take it and head home. This shake has no flavoring what so ever what did I pay for?

I have tried this place once or twice because I normally like the food at arbys but this one needs some serious overhauling management-wise. Employees are short with you and kind of rude, they forgot a part of my order (and the food isn't exactly cheap) and could barely care to throw together the rest of what I ordered neatly. There was nobody ahead of me and the parkinglot was empty so I'm not sure why they also made me wait about 5 minutes before even taking my order and then another 10 waiting for it at the window. Never going here again unless I see a "now under new management" sign. Beware of businesses like this that steal your money and don't focus on quality or training/compensating their staff properly.

Very disappointed, they took my order promptly then waited 20 minutes for cold food. Bought a chicken sandwich only to find out they after returning to work that they ised a chicken tender that was cut in half instead of a patty. Sooo sad.

It was dark and the menu board was not turned on until I asked them to do so. When I got home I was given one if the spicey fish sandwiches which was too hot for me and gave me the hiccups. I called them and no one answered the phone. Feel I lost 3 bucks
and was hungry as well.

Food was awesome. Staff was great. When I asked for ketchup the lady handing me my bag told me ketchup was in the bag. When I got home and took my food out, there was ketchup and other sauces that I forgot to ask for and there was plenty of sauces. Other places like McDonald’s, Burger King and Taco Bell it seems like u have to beg them for sauces and then when they give u some their cheap.

I was picking up in order for delivery RBC usually pretty good of the service for the pickup was pretty fast.

Went threw drive threw .Waited on my food while the employee was taking someone's order while my food was just sitting there.A male employee walked up and told me he would get my food made fresh for me to pull up.When I got home a block away food was cold my apple turnover was not in the bag.This is the second time I have gotten cold food from there.Whats going on with this test they need to do better .Oh yeah and change the grease there frying there fries in I'm so disappointed.I will never return to this location.
