Who doesn’t enjoy a classic🥤milkshake?! Steak & Shake’s are bomb! I’ve recently tried the 🍓flavor alongside my chicken tender and fries meal. I’ve heard the 🍔 are ok, I don’t eat beef myself. The food is prepared quickly and the servers are nice. I wish they had fish options that would make them even greater.

Food was good, the girl seem like she didnt want to be at work, and I asked to add something small on and she did add it for me, but didnt say anything, well im sorry I needed to add something small, like just make customers feel uncomfortable why dont cha!

😍 the drive thru was pretty fast… these burgers r my guilty pleasure 😩 I really love the long pickle slices that are placed on the burgers, i can taste the sweet pickle in every bite (so yummy). The lettuce is crisp and fresh, u can hear the crunch when u bite the sammich 😂 so good. R the veggies from Whole Foods? The reason I ask is bc they’re so fresh and they make the sandwich (sammich) perfect. I really wish u had “seasoned fries” like all thee other Steak n Shakes outside of this area has. Plain fries r boring-but with all due respect, the fries were fresh and…. not bad. The lemonade was good too, freshly squeezed lemons, no? Love it!

My fiancée and I went there at 7:55pm on a Wednesday. We were seated within about 10 minutes or so.
After our hostess sat us down, we were sitting for a while. There was a single hostess working, with only about 5 tables occupied, including ours. By about 8:25, she hadn't so much as even taken our drink order. So we decided to wait 10 minutes, and if she didn't take our order, we'd leave.
During those ten minutes, she walked past our table 3 times without even acknowledging us. We had our menus on the table and no drinks and clearly hadn't been helped. So we got up and went to burger King across the street because at that point we were tired of waiting for food.

Everytime I come here it's always slow service! Inside drive thru it doesn't matter you are sitting in the same spot for 20 mins! Definitely going to stop coming here and find somewhere else to eat.

We waited so long for our food even though it really wasn't busy. My water glass had something floating in it. I ordered a milkshake and the glass had cheese on the bottom not from our table becsuse food still hasn't came even though it was like a half hour already. Then when it finally came the orders were wrong and they gave my daughter's food to another customer

Absolutely the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER IN 43 YEARS. Waited 25 minutes in drive thru and had to call them to remind them I was in the drive thru. For 3 milkshakes. Then they have me watered down milk. Would not make me new ones or refund my money. Them the manager called me a honkey. Called and reported them to the BBB and the health department. Roaches running across the counter.

Do not suggest eating here unless you are willing to wait a ridiculous amount of time just to be asked if you want drinks. Then your order to come out incorrect and your severe has to ask you what your order was again. Terrible service. Honestly its also ironic that the employees consists of a darker color and all the customers who are the same who came in after us were served their food and drinks immediately

The service was not good. Took forever for us to get seated , for food and the check we had to get her attention cause our waitress was on her phone. Oh and employees were unprofessional , talking out in the open about things that were wrong with their breaks and place. Just bad. Will not be going back to that establishment!

Everytine i go there the screw up my milkshake, every. Time.
The last time they forgot both of the main ingredients so they brought me two cups and had me make my own milkshake.. like...im confused..what am j laying and tiping you for if you are having me make my own milkshake?
And as im sitting there this guy that works there puts a little baggy with drugs in it on the table. Another co worker walked up and said"is that what i just gave you? Your going to get us both fired"
Obveusly he dont care that much if he is just setting it down on the counter by costomers.
Other then that. My daughter loves the chicken tenders. Lol. Smh..

Horrible customer service,while ordering drive thru with my grandchildren they didn't hear me order there shakes(speaker was muffled due to a storm a blowing)asked to repeat he said my total and told to pull up, I asked again "he told me the same thing�after fifteen minute wait,get to window guy tells me u can't add it on�I ask to speak to manager and he said he's not gonna get him, he ain't gonna loose his job,your wasting your time....are you kidding me�so after a 35 minute wait for food...on to the next place for shakes for these kids��.....will never go back there!
