Went tonight for my BFF birthday celebration and boy was impressed. First Brian who arranged for us to have things not on the menu, FLAWLESS. Then Tonya who came in and laid it all down for us IMPECCABLE. Last but certainly not least our server, Melinda just brought it all home. Thank you Take 5 or outstanding food service and atmosphere.

A small, intimate setting with wonderful performers, friendly hostesses and servers, along with great food. Small cover fee, and drinks were a tad pricy, but worth it overall. Highly recommended. I'll be back!

I'm only giving this place 4 stars because the music was AMAZING!!!! went there for my birthday, we didn't mind paying for parking because its downtown and that's normal, but the hostess at the door was a little rude, when i asked why the $10 cover. it was our first time there and i was just asking in general. she also picks and chooses who she charged the cover to, because the couple that came in after us, said that they were only gonna sit at the bar so they shouldn't have to pay , she responded with " im tired so i really don't care".. had i known that was an option i would have done the same lol..

The service was great. We had the turkey ribs and OMG! They were banging!! The atmosphere was ok, a little crowded but we enjoyed the music. Our server was very attentive

Live entertainment that you will most definitely enjoy. Take 5 is also an ideal place to gather for your special occasions, or just getting out for the evening. The Wait staff is Awesome especially Dionna. Go on inside and take a look for yourself, I am sure you won,t be unhappy.
P.S. Do try the Salmon and Grits along with the Fried Tomatoes. 😋😋😋😘

Amazing entertainment nice grown & sexy crowd bartender gave excellent costumer services. The chicken tender meal was a hit best tenders I ever had in my life. Definitely a place you want to go to.

The food was ok, my server was awesome. The draw back was the restrooms and skiddish owner. There was piss on the floor, piss on the toilets and no toilet paper. In fact, when you mention it to the owner .. received the response.
"the bathroom was the least of his worries". Also, not to mention.... charging my family extra cover because they were riding motorcycles and standing over them while they spent their $$$ in the dining area. The experience could have been so much better!!! Don't open in an area where you are afraid of the crowd!!!!

Great food, atmosphere, friendly staff. Kitchen and service VERY SLOW!!! Women's restroom needs floor remodeled...chipped tile (not good on heels). I would definitely go back and recommend to friends. The delicious food and great music are really what makes this place. Servers...no cat-suits, not professional at all!!! Very $$$. Please have coffee available!!!

I've been here 3 times and I really like it. I enjoy the band and the atmosphere , but I don't like how they run you down for a 10$ cover charge , and the waitress is always nice but it takes 25 min to get waited on, then 25-30 min to get your food, which is always good(shrimp & grits), then u have to flag them down for your check, then another 25 min to bring back your change. Smh, just tooo long ,but I do like the place and food, and will be back.
