Most magical location. If you have hours to work in the evening or need to study at a table overlooking the falls then this is the place. A friendly staff is quick with the order even when the line grows. Parking isn't bad if you don't mind a short walk...it is part of the charm.
The Starbucks in downtown Chagrin Falls is probably one of my favorite Starbucks to visit. All of the baristas there are very friendly and take time to strike up a conversation with you. It has a great small town feel to it. In addition my drinks always come out exactly how I ordered them.
Good coffee and good service but gee was it cold in there. They really need to do something about the cold air in the front seating area. Patrons need to be mindful. Holding the door open for 30 seconds is polite for 1 and insensitive to the other 20 people trying to enjoy the environment.

The Starbucks in Chagrin Falls is a great spot for a quick cup of coffee or espresso. If you have the time, they have some very comfy seating to read in and relax. The staff is also very friendly and helpful.
Typical Starbucks prices, but honestly one of the most scenic stores in the area. Seating inside is somewhat limited but the seats looking out the windows over the falls are worth it. They can get backed up a little bit, but the staff is incredibly friendly and you get a wonderful view of the waterfalls of Chagrin Falls, so not too much to complain about in that simple fact.
Stopped in on Sunday, 4/18. The staff was SO friendly and super helpful (I wanted to try a new drink but was hesitant and they offered lots of great suggestions.) Everyone was masked and the place was very clean.
