Super tasty food and a surprisingly low price. Good quantities. Speedy and friendly service. The pad thai was flavorful and creamy with a good amount of kick. It was packed with veggies, chicken, and tofu. I wasn't a fan of the sweet steam bun but the pineapple smoothie was excellent.

For people who are mindful of what they eat it's often difficult to find healthy food downtown. This place is a solid choice, healthy food, variety, speed of service, and the staff is friendly and actually enjoy their business. Even when the line is out the door your wait time is usually 5-10 minutes.

Unfortunately, I'm very disappointed. This was my first time trying you guys and almost everything about my order was unpleasant. My combination bowl (Sweet-Red Sauce w/ Brown Rice) was too sweet; I even tasted the rice without the sauce & it was also sweet. The mushrooms in my Miso soup tasted like rubber bands. The vegetables in the bowl was nothing but lettuce greens, I really thought I was going to get a vegetable variety. I wish I could get my money back. The only thing that was okay was the Vegetarian Steamed bun but the Teriyaki sauce was also too sweet and was filled with lettuce greens. I thought I found a new place to eat at on my lunch break but unfortunately, I will not return.
**I must add that Patricia was very responsive, kind & considerate of my experience and handle the situation. Very thankful of that. Maybe I'll give them another try.**

Wonderful little spot in downtown Cleveland! We were looking for Thai food before the Cavs game, and found this gem. My kids especially loved the pad thai... and the owners! The father and daughter team were so friendly and accommodating... we look forward to seeing them again next time we're in the area.

Went when it was slow and the staff were warm and friendly, leaving the good impression. The bowl I got left me kinda dissapointed but after trying the combos of my friends I think it might have mostly been my choice.

Each time I go here I try something different to assess the menu but now I can clearly say that the quality of everything here is lacking. The rice and noodles are very bad. The only thing that's saving this place is covering up the food with sauce so you don't taste the food.
