I put in an online order for a small pepperoni pizza with red bell peppers, but I either misclicked or the website glitched and my order came in with Freddy peppers and a ranch base. I expressed how I didn’t mean to order either of those things and the manager was kind enough to offer to make a new pizza the way I wanted. I really appreciate him going out of his way to replace it and it only took about 10 minutes.
He also said I could have the old pizza and at least try it. Aside from me not being able to handle spicy peppers, it was very good!

First time ordering. Was referred by a resident from where I work who raved how good the pizza is.
And he was right!
We ordered the Sicilian square 6 cut.
It was *very* good! Beats any of the competitors in the area for taste.
Delivery was quick and as promised.

Couldn't rate atmosphere because I always get delivery but the food is always great and the delivery people are always friendly and on time if not early. Everything is great but the bbq chicken pizza and Italian subs are amazing.

I was in town working for the weekend, tried this place based on reviews and being Family owned. Great pizza. Ordered the deluxe. Sauce was good ,meats were delicious, veggies tasted fresh, the crust was perfect. Delivered to my hotel sooner than quoted. Definitely will try again if I'm in the area.

Best pizza in the world! Every time I am in Cleveland Ohio I have to get Antonio’s pizza and house salad! We have searched for pizza comparable to Antonio’s and have not found anyone that comes close! Their sausage on their pizza is simply the best!

Best pizza in Cleveland. You get what you pay for is all im going to say. Well worth it. Never had a bad pie or experience when I have ordered. That would apply to all Antonio's location. I have been to quite a few and have never been disappointed. Antonio's has the pizza market on lock.

I ordered a catered lunch for my staff for Teacher Appreciation Week. It was fabulous! The manager Cody went above and beyond with our order. He was AWESOME! He even sent a handwritten note thanking us educators! He is the BEST! Thank you, Cody!

I called my order in and asked for pizza that’s being advertised for 10.99 on TV. But non of them were veggie pizza. The lady that took my ordered suggested a pizza that was for that price and said they will make it without meat. I thought that was an awesome way to accommodate the customer. Not only that I. Told I was there to pick up and she reminded what I ordered and said I remember the call. Awesome ... so not only did she make sure I got a pizza I wanted she made me feel like family when I entered the store. Awesome job.

MOST of the time they are super on point. They read the order back on the phone and will actually cook the pizza well done if you ask. They actually serve specialty pizzas that the Parmatown location don't (this is supposed to be a slight to that location.) In the few times that they've messed up the order or didn't carry out any special instructions properly, they go above and beyond to make up for it. Great location. Great pizza. I order the Sicilian 216 almost every single time.
