This is the first time I have been to this establishment and it is definitely worth a visit. Reasonably priced drinks and excellent staff. I believe you would call this a dive bar and it is definitely one of the best. I also believe it is one of the oldest bars in Cleveland. I could be wrong there but I think one of my friends said that when we went here. It is right by Nautica Pavilion so I'll definitely be going in the future before a concert. I'm assuming this is also a great spot to watch a Cleveland sports team. I did not try any food and I am not sure if they have a food menu.

Supposed to be oldest bar in Cleveland. Clean , dated, good atmosphere and service.

It is a nice little downtown dive tavern. It has anything you could possibly want to drink. And if you want to have a hard seltzer they have plenty to pick from. Bartender was nice and they have a pinball machine, a little bowling game and dart boards as well with a juke box on the wall. Great place to stop in and have a drink

Bartenders found my Burberry sunglasses I left behind last night, called today and they had them safe behind the bar. Tells you all you need to know. Place and people are great!!!

Great dive bar! It wasn't busy when we went so we sat at the bar and watched football with the owner. It was a good time and I recommend checking it out. Super close to Shooters on the water.

This is one of the staples of downtown. By own. Bars been there forever and hasn't and hasn't changed a bit. Good place to have a drink before you head into the flats or to a game.

I went there because of its claim to fame i.e. the oldest continuously operating bar in Cleveland (1895). From outside it seemed like a closed building on a somewhat dark deserted road, with an inconspicuous door leading to this lively Dive. Lots of cheap good beer and cocktails. Bar seems to have a lot of friendly regulars. Bartender was very attending. Being a dive bar means it doesn't have a food menu, except some chips and a possibly frozen pizza. So come here for the drinks and the atmosphere.

If you're looking for an awesome time along with any beer your heart could desire, run down to the Harbor Inn! One of the oldest bars on Cleveland and there is not enough paper to write the history of this place. Such a great staff and bar! A very unique place. I love this place!

Passionately in love with this place. Amazing beer selection, great atmosphere, lovely staff. Best place to sit and chat and watch sports, any day of the week. It’s the “Cheers” bar of Cleveland – welcoming and familial. Love!

Awesome place before shows at Nautica Pavilion. Will play the music of the band headlining that night pre and post show.

Harbor Inn is by far the best Cleveland "dive" bar. The prices are cheap, especially for The Flats and the selection of beer is amazing. You can play darts, pinball, claw machine, hunting arcade and vintage mechanical bowling here. The staff is always awesome. There's a reason why many out-of-towners always make it a point to visit this place for a drink.
