I have a friend who is stuck on iced coffee which sounded really gross to me. Coffee should be HOT, I thought. My friend convinced me to try one while he was buying one. So, while in the new StarBucks in the West Park Shopping Center, I tried their iced pumpkin coffee whatever-it-is. Man, I suck
Gets busy with college kids and hospital workers. I like the cold brew. Starbucks cold brew quality by location as some use liquid and others use a powder. This one uses the better mix

This used to be a great Starbucks but now it sucks. They refuse to let regular folks use the bathroom. All the other Starbucks like regular Folk use the bathrooms why is this one so special. Open the bathrooms and I will not leave my coffee cup and bag on your table!

I work at UH so I order from this location often. The store is extremely clean everytime I go in. The baristas are all so kind and upbeat. My drink is always made the exact way I request it! I love this store - it's the best one in Cleveland in my opinion !!! ❣
I use to play chess here on Sundays and it's my favorite Starbucks! The staff is friendly and helpful and nice people come through there all the time. It also has a nice Collegiate atmosphere! After the remodel, this Starbucks has gone from being urban in feel to posh! They need to open the restroom
I found this Starbucks location to be very nice with a short wait. It is clear many people take advantage of the order ahead app here since there were a very large number of cups waiting to be picked up, but that didn't seem to slow down my drink being made. My drink tasted exactly how it needed to
