Review Big Boy - Cleveland

Every time I come here , it is a pleasant experience and the food is always good. We did have an issue with our order today, but without missing a beat the waitress realized what was missing and brought it out to us right away. We will definitely be going there again.

Big boys are far and few between I had to see what this one had to offer since I'm from California and have been to a few but there a dying breed nowadays, tried the new slim jim and knew they were stepping out of there lane and it did not pay off. Stick to burgers and breakfast. But the salad dressings are still amazing. Overall not to bad but nothing special.

The host and waitress were very nice. They did a great job taking care of us and checked on our table often. We're an hour and a half away, but always try and make it in when we're up there.

Great food!!! The raw onion was a little much, but I just took them off my salad. The garlic bread was a hamburger bun which is different and above average in taste. Spaghetti was awesome. One of the best side salads for this type of meal.

We got our usual, Big Boys and fries and Cole Slaw. The food was really good. The menus were a little run down, which sort of surprised us. We'll definitely come back. The waitress was attentive and friendly. Overall, a very nice lunch!

Missing the old Elby's Big Boy, we spotted this Big Boy near Cleveland! It was worth the stop. The food is hot and fresh. Our group had the fish & chips platter, the grilled chicken honey mustard sandwich platter and the big bacon cheeseburger on pretzel roll platter. The side salad was fresh and large. Desserts were delicious. Funnel cake fries, warm apple pie and the original hot fudge cake is still the same as years ago!!! We highly recommend this location of Big Boy! The server we had (I think her name was Amanda?) was excellent and attentive. Her timing was amazing! We will definitely return!

Our daughter chose Big Boy for her birthday luncheon and there were 5 of us. Three chose the classic Big Boy platter with Cole slaw and onion rings and sauce, 1 ordered spaghetti and salad, and 1 had meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Our waiter took our order by memory and delivered them promptly, hot, correctly, and courteously. It's always a treat to come here for excellent service and delicious food.

My grandma loves this place. I wasn't that impressed. But our server. She was absolutely out of this world. It began with a N think it Natalie or along those lines. She was super friendly. Would recommend for the service alone!

I ordered delivery from postmates and I gotta say damn! For an 11 dollar burger it was so worth it. Big mac style with the extra bun in the middle of the two patties. It was huge juicy and so filling. The meat patties were thick and cooked perfectly, there was just the right amount of lettuce, unlike other places, the person who made my burger so politely fufilled all my special instructions (unlike any other place) and the cheap side house salad is heavy! Delivery was delayed but it had nothing to do with Big Boy. But it was definitely absolutely worth the wait!!!

It’s always a good time at Big Boy! This one had a great team and our waitress was very nice! My wife and I both got two big boys and fries with the big boy sauce. The rest of the fam loved their food too! So good after landing from a flight!

One of my favorite places. The coffee is always hot & fresh. The staff is friendly & the food is always good. Today there were some specialty breakfast skillets & waffles. Enjoyed the toppings on the Churro waffle minus the cinnamon sugar... topped with chocolate syrup, milk chocolate pieces, vanilla custard, & whipped cream. Added two eggs, two bacon, and two sausage links for just $2.99. Of course my favorite Southern Omelette... stuffed with hash browns, sausage, and cheese topped with gravy. You can't go wrong.

I had a pick up order. The cashier made a big deal out of a tip. I wasn't going to tip. Especially after he dropped the bag on the counter. My friend also noticed his attitude after I told him, "No Tip!" We took the food to go. I'd tip, only if I sat inside and ate.

Amazing food, been going here my whole life. I got the patty melt and fries and my better half got the burger and fries with extra sauce of course. Waitress was very friendly and attentive, no wait to be seated and our food came out fast.

Its a classic. It was clean. Food was good. I got a super big boy. Frys and Cole slaw. 15.00 bucks. Good deal

I'll just leave my message to corporate here: <br/><br/>"Hello, I visited this location on 6/3/2019 around 9pm and received a terrible service experience. There was a total of 6-7 tables there and two waitresses. My husband and I were seated with our 1.5 year old and 5 month infant in her carseat. We were not offered a high chair or booster as the host that seated us immediately walked away so we had to retrieve it ourselves. Immediately after we were able to get our son situated in his seat, the waitress arrived asking for our order. I had assumed she meant our drink order so I ordered as such and she said "What, are you not eating?" And I replied we hadn't had the chance to look at the menu yet. So she lets us look it over, came back roughly 10 minutes later and took our order. While waiting, she would periodically walk by and complain to us how busy it was and how short they are. 20 minutes later we received our order. My sons grilled cheese and fries were cold, our food was not nearly as cold but definitely not hot. As she dropped the food off, she loudly complained about how the manager was helping the cook and had no idea what he was doing and the cook is very slow and has been there for 20 years and still cant get orders out. We asked for refills on our drinks and she said ok and left. 15 minutes go by and nothing. We had no drinks, no napkins, and no silverware. Thankfully we had ordered burgers but a knife would've been helpful to cut up my sons food. While eating our meal, the two waitresses then began yelling at each other about tables in front of customers. A customer at a table behind us, which we are assuming was a server there on her day off with her family, began cleaning up the dirty tables there. At that point we just wanted to get our son fed and leave. She eventually came back with a bill and our drinks and asked if we wanted to-go cups which we accepted. Our total came up to 31.80 and my husband and I made the decision to not leave a tip due to how poorly service went which is not something we've ever felt the need to do anywhere before especially there as we've been going there for many years and always had great service. We paid with credit card and my husband wrote a 0 in the tip area at cash out and we left. Received the bank notification of 31.80 while we were leaving and left it at that. The following Saturday we were reviewing our credit card statement for the week as we always do and noticed that the June 3rd charge of 31.80 was changed to 37.80 on the 5th. I still have the receipt and the original June 3rd bank notification screenshot so there's absolutely no way the mistake was on our part. <br/>Today I called asking to speak with a manager who did not want to take the call as I heard whoever took the call speaking with him. He (Kenny) came on the line and I explained what went on with the charges and he was extremely condescending to me. He said "Its what, $6? Is it that big of a deal? What, do you want me to give you your 6 bucks?" And I said that $6 isn't that big of a deal to me but if its happening to other people as well its a big deal. And he said nobody else has complained of an issue and there's nothing he could do for me since he didn't see what was input that night." <br/>So along with a bad service, my concern was also poorly handled by management and I would really appreciate if this matter is looked into because "just $6" isn't a big deal but credit card fraud is."

No More Buffett. They remodeled recently, and the buffet is now gone. It was awesome, and fresh. Am going to miss going to bob's big boy... gotta go find somewhere else for breakfust/brunch buffet now.<br/><br/>Bring back the buffet!!!

Bob's Best. This restaraunt has the best servers. They treat you like you're family. I return time and again. The food is great.
