So here's the thing when this restaurant moved from it's nearer west side location to Rocky River I went the first week. It was uncharacteristically bad. But hey, first week. Returned 6 months later, still not a good experience. So, I have avoided this pace for, likec10+ years. On a whim went there
Absolutely superb !! Betty our server was fantastic, amazing menu knowledge, great suggestions and knew what she was doing!! Surf and turf was excellent. Dessert wow yum! We will more then positively be back ! Great food and service ferris !!
It was so nice to go to a place that wasn't loud and had great service and I could have a conversation with the three other people that were at my table without a problem. And then we had food delivered to our tables after we ordered and the food was fantastic on every level for every piece of food
Not unlike other reviewers, I found the place a little dark. Not sure why the lights are a little dimmer in steakhouses, perhaps out of fear that if the customer got a good look at the steak they're about to eat, they probably wouldn't eat it! Had a wonderful meal at Ferris Steakhouse. Took my friend there for her birthday and we both had the Black & Bleu Filet and it was amazing! Cooked perfectly and the bleu cheese sauce on top was amazing! Our waitress was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive but gave us time and space to talk
The filet mignon here speaks for itself. The service was impeccable. Our server Amber was AMAZING, and offered to take picture of me and my GF on their patio which was closed.
The courses came out at perfect intervals and the drinks were fantastic. Will absolutely come here again!
