We went on the Couples Cruise with 95.5 The Fish, and we had a wonderful time. The food was fantastic and the staff was amazing. It rained most of the time, but the rain did not dampen the cruise. We will do it again.

Got married September 17, 2022 over all the whole experience was great. I like to pay attention to detail and the staff did some extra special touches with the gift bags and set up of the boat which was noticed and greatly appreciated. Midway through reservations management changed so I thought Merrill did a pretty good job there was some confusion but was appropriately handled, Met the captain had a good conversation while waiting for ceremony to start. Staff went above and beyond to h make sure we were happy,,food was very delicious the views were amazing we will definitely be back again and again a big thanks to the staff who worked hard to make our day extra special,,drinks were also reasonable and tasty alsoš

Very good experience aboard the Sunday brunch buffet on the Nautica Queen. The price is reasonable and the food was pretty tasty. Nice selection on the menu and the drinks are reasonably priced. If you are going in the middle of summer it does get warm on the interior of the boat.
Parking was very easy. Boarding was fairly quick. Debarking the boat was also fairly quick. Nice cruise down the Cuyahoga into the mouth of lake Erie. Beautiful sights of the skyline. If you're a photographer or like taking pictures this is a cruise to see the City of Cleveland.

I purchased six tickets for the Sunday brunch cruise for a birthday gift.
My party had a great time.
We were boarded and seated promptly. Our party of six got to sit together. Tables had white tablecloths and (non lit) candles. We would have preferred a window table, but those were for larger parties.
A pleasant and attentive young lady came over quickly to take our drink orders. There was a good selection of both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Free refills on pop. The server kept on top of refills. Prices for drinks were reasonable.
The brunch was served a bit late, but it was well organized. I loved that tables were brought up to get food one by one, so there was no mad rush to eat.
Food was excellent, especially the carved chicken. Large variety. No desserts, although there were pastries, muffins and assorted breakfast breads.
We went up on the deck after eating, and enjoyed the beautiful scenery from the ship. The ship sailed through the Flats and out onto the lake.
Overall a very good experience! I would love to try out a sunset dinner cruise sometime.

We had a beautiful cruise last night with Nautica Queen. I've not done this in many years. It's a great way to see the city in a different way. The food was very good and I thought the price was fair as well. Give it a try, see your city the way it was meant to be seen, from the water!

We went on the lunch Cruise for the oldies rock music on Wednesday. The good: The food was probably the best I had on any cruise on the various cities I traveled. Our server took great care of us and was so nice and helpful. The views were great.
The needs improvement part: Since this was supposed to be a music cruise, why was the music so low the entire trip? I can see mood music when people are boarding. But it was quiet all the while. Maybe it was a poor sound system. After eating we proceeded upstairs as we assumed that's where the action was. Still, music very quiet and only three people dancing, one woman and two little kids.
The bathroom does require a trip downstairs so if you are elderly and/or disabled use extreme caution.
On every ship I been one a picture of your party is usually taken preboarding for purchase. Not here.
The boat itself needs some sprucing but overall a decent experience.

Great trip! Accompanied Mom on a trip with her church brethrens. Delightful voyage, surprisingly good food. Served buffet style the chicken in Madeira sauce and the prime rib roast was tender and succulent!
It was the hottest day of the year so far (95Ā°) but there was a cool atmosphere on this boat. They danced and grooved to sounds that the Nautical Queen's dj was putting down. All and all, a peaceful lake and river tour of downtown Cleveland.

The Nautica Queen is retired as of yesterday (Tuesday, August 1st 2023) and our cruise on their new ship, the Princess Caroline, both big, cozy, comfortable ships, was a real delight. Even during the week, there were over 100 passengers onboard and some of our friends couldn't come with us because they waited too late to book, so y'all be sure to plan and book early! Three weeks for a midweek dinner cruise is not too early! Food was delicious. We didn't have to cruise far to all enjoy being on the water and to appreciate the lovely views of the harbor, the city, and the many different kinds of passing boats, from tugboats to paddle boats to sailboats and massive cargo ships. Will try to do again before leaving Cleveland in a couple of months, for sure!

Took advantage of their 2 for 1 lunch cruise, great deal, the lunch buffet was very good, the staff was excellent, the cruise on the lake was relaxing, the only negative thing the men's room was kinda nasty..

Very nice views and the food was good. Just a little to crowded to have a full experience. They also had a great DJ playing the jams.

Have been on the sunset cruise twice and recently experienced the brunch cruise, which was amazing. The staff is very friendly and helpful and the food is terrific. Was especially impressed with the brunch buffet. To see the city lit up at night on the nautica queen is an amazing experience that I would recommend to anyone.

The staff was amazing very friendly and quick to refill drinks. Service was awesome! The only thing that could use some improvement is the food. The vegetables and salads were great, but the chicken and beef were very dry and bland.

I went on the Nautica sunset cruise with 4 friends and had a blast ! We really enjoyed everything especially the drinks the music & dancing. It was a beautiful night and the sunset over the lake was gorgeous. Very nice staff too. Good bargain for what you pay - $29 for food -not gourmet but tasty and plenty of it.

Went on the sunset dinner cruise last night. The cruise and crew were phenominial, the only reason I won't give it a five star is that the food was horrible. I would recommend the cruise but I wouldn't feed the food to my dog.

We did the lunch cruise, got seated on the second floor, the table setup was pretty, the service was amazing, the food was ok, however the chicken was very dry, my son was choking trying to eat it. The drinks were incredible. We went to the top deck of the boat and by the end of the cruise everyone was out there. A lady stood on top of a chair to get a picture of everyone on the deck and one of captains came running out screaming at her multiple times and was very rude and disturbed everyone. I understand safety first but she was nowhere near the edge and there were other ways that situation couldāve been handled. People spend money to enjoy their time, not hear crew members screaming at guests. Very unprofessional and ruined the ambiance of the rest of the cruise.

I had signed up for a lunch cruise last Saturday specifically marketed as the āLegends Lunch/Sightseeing Cruise.ā Based on the description, I was planning on seeing (or at least hearing about) the shipwrecks, treasure, and Lake Erie monster legend. Instead I attempted to eat the most inedible chicken and rolls ever. I could not believe how dry and stale the bread was. There also happened to be 20+ children from a camp field trip on board that were running all over the ship, when dress codes online state no jeans, shorts, or workout gear. Not one time was anything stated about the multiple shipwrecks on the lake. One time it was mentioned (directed at the children) that if you look out far enough there may be a monster.
Overall disappointed that I basically took 2 hours seeing the break wall, learning nothing about the āLegendsā or shipwrecks and eating dry, bland food. Waste of time and money - people were lining up to get off the boat the second the dock was in sight.
