There are very few breakfast places that I'll go to. But this place does not disappoint, every time! The servers are always fantastic and friendly, and the food is always on point! And if you go there and do not order the bacon🥓, you have totally missed out! It's a little pricey but totally worth it!

While visiting Cleveland to celebrate an Aunt’s 87th birthday, we decided to treat her to breakfast. The Original Pancake house was the perfect choice. Jared, the manager noticed us coming in with our Aunt who was in a wheelchair and immediately met us at the door and prepared a table for five that would accommodate her wheelchair. His team on staff that day included Jackie and Mary who were both very patient, friendly and offered up service with a smile. Overall, this was an amazing dining experience. One where kindness was plentiful, the food was savory, good vibes filled the atmosphere and the service was exceptional!! We would highly recommend stopping in to see Jared and his team for a delightful dining experience. All plates were cleaned🤩

I got a tomato, bacon and cheese omelette which was bigger than I expected! I also got blueberry pancakes and those were good. Our server Robin was very hospitable and attentive. ☺️ The wait for the place is worth it, it’s bustling and offers good food. I’ll be back to try other items.

One of our favorite spots for brunch in Cleveland. Food was perfect and I ate everything - rare - but it helped that one could create one's combo. For me eggs, hash browns (devine), buttermilk pancakes, strawberries. Excellent coffee, constantly refilled. Great service, my wife is particular and they naiked all. Portions large enough that her take home was follow up meal.

Our breakfast was quite tasty 😋😋 The slab bacon is to die for!! I had the pancake special, he had banana fosters french toast. My eggs were done perfect and both of us really enjoyed our meal. Our waitress Sara was pleasant and attentive. Between her service and our meals, it was a great start to the day! We weren't able to finish all the bacon, so we figured we would take it home; halfway through our drive, when our appetite returned, we heard the 🥓 🥓 🥓 calling and what a great snack it was 🤣

Hands down the best breakfast my family and I have had at a restaurant. The Dutch apple pancake is HUGE! The Mexican burrito is HUGE. The 1-1-1 for kids was perfect for our daughter. I had the fresh strawberry pancakes with home fries and eggs. Everything was delicious and we will be back.

One of the better places for breakfast. The service is almost too friendly and the portions are almost too big. Great job on the omelets and the breakfast potatoes. Prices are a bit above breakfast fare places but almost justified by the quality and portion size. This joint continues to be a cut above the other breakfast restaurants.

First time visiting, and I must say it was an awesome experience. I had the green chili omelette, that came with three buttermilk pancakes, Tamaira was an absolute joy to have as our server. Punctual, and very polite. Thanks! Will return.

Still some of the best pancakes in all of NE Ohio. Wide variety of pancakes to choose from. The bacon is some of the best you will have in your entire life! Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a great breakfast. I do wish they would buy the open storefront next door and expand.

Original Pancake House is a must-stop for breakfast lovers. The food is hot, fresh, delicious, and comes in large portions. This location is pretty popular, so come early on the weekends or expect a wait. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and the prices are fair for the large portion sizes.

My toddler really wanted some pancakes after a very sad morning. Googled this place on the way home and was very happily surprised. The food came out shortly after we ordered and it was hot and delicious. The server was excellent and sweet and it was just an overall really wonderful experience. Highly recommend if you are in the area and love your breakfast food.

I have visited both Northeast Ohio locations, mostly the Beachwood location, but I think I definitely prefer this Fairview Park location. My server Sandra A was great. Very kind and friendly, and the food was seasoned better at this location. A bit pricey, but a great breakfast.

It was good, although they've gone to almost all carte on the breakfast menu. Service and food were both good, just started getting pricey is the only bad part. Big parking lot, clean restrooms.

A great place for breakfast. Servings are good sized. The only thing I'm not happy. About is that so many things are "ala carte"- on the breakfast, potatoes and meat are extra. They are good, but you can end up spending 20.00 on yourself for breakfast if you're not careful. Other than that, it was all good. Plenty of parking as well.

Gluten free pancake options!! The food was amazing! Great service too. It has a really cute homelike atmosphere, and the special mugs (that are also available for purchase) make you feel like you're relaxing in a friend's living room. My husband and I will definitely be going back.

We arrived around 9 in morning . Decently rushed but highly efficient service.
They offer you quite a good coffee , out waitress Diana was very quick and helpful even in terms of suggestions on menu.
We ended up getting a chorizo omelette , side of home fries and bacon with upgraded strawberry pancakes.
Strawberry pancakes came with strawberry syrup, fresh whipped cream and fresh butter . Pancakes and toppings were incredible loved it.
Hone fries are with spices and onions well caramelised ...interesting balance of flavors .. also the bacon we ordered as another side was thick yet crispy and super juicy ... probably one of the best well done bacon I had in awhile .
All in all , must visit place .. great portion .. one omelette with pancakes as a side is enough for two adults . I highly recommend to visit this for brunch hours .

First time at this restaurant, it wasn't to busy. The service was good the food was out fast and hot. I ordered the the chorizo and cheese omelet with their hashbrowns on the side and it came with 3 pancakes ( both the fries and pancakes not pictured but both delicious.) Definitely will come back again.

The worst omelette ever had. Tasted like it was frozen then microwaved. Pancakes were mediocre at best. Over priced for what it is. <br/>Don't know why people rave about this place unless they enjoy bad food. <br/>Son had hair on his food. <br/>

The place is so so - always a long wait - the staff is mediocre - but they have a mean scrambled egg chef. Coconut pancakes are good too.

Apple pancake wasn't good!. Our family has been going to the Fairview park Original Pancake House at least twice monthly for years to have their apple pancake. A few weeks ago we noticed a change (for the worse) in our pancakes. We decided to give them another chance this morning. They were even worse! We might still go there once in a while, but not for apple pancakes.

This place is wonderful! There is always a line to get in... Need I say more? The line does move relatively quickly... But I always find it to be worth the wait. Omelettes are huge fluffy asteroids of deliciousness! The bacon is thick and the Pumpkin Pancakes! OMG!

Save your money!!. Some novelty items...German Pancake, Special toppings, etc., but not worth the trip. You can order a $10 omelette and still not get any meat, hash browns or toast with it as it is all a la carte. Service was below average and specialty items can take up to 30-minutes to prepare. Save your money and support your local mom and pop breakfast shop where you can get endless coffee and tea refills and still enjoy eggs, bacon, hash browns and toast for under $5. Save your money and the trip!

Horrible! I ordered toast instead of pancakes. I got pancakes. By the time my toast came, my eggs were cold. I told the hostess, she could have cared less. Will not go there again! Do yourself a favor, eat somewhere else.

Great bacon....D on c still reigns champion on overall breakfast. Pancakes a novelty.. Quantity over quality.. No hash browns to soak up the eggs. Sloppy.. Still a good experience

I'm not a big breakfast guy. Hell, I'm probably less of a brunch fan. For whatever reason I always seem to feel sluggish as hell the rest of the day after eating brunch. You can imagine the enthusiasm I felt when my mother suggested we go to the Original House of Pancakes with my brothers and sisters. Yippee!!! I can't wait to waddle out of a restaurant and feel like a sloth all day. What are weekends for, right? I begrudgingly drove across town to for the big rendezvous at The Original Pancake House. Having never been, I was pleasantly surprised when I walked through the door. Fully expecting to be waiting in line as families parked their ass for after church brunch. Imagine my bewilderment when the asked how many were in our party and then walked us straight to our table! As a Clevelander I knew my luck was going to run out.
