Tasty Indian food. I would recommend this place to everyone. They have lot of options for everyone from snacks to main course. I really liked their Andhra Spicy Dosa.

The food here was delicious, and the prices were somewhat reasonable. I only wish that there was more chicken in the dishes. If you are Downtown and want delicious Indian and South Asian cuisine, Bombay Chaat may just be the ticket to satiate that urge! 5/5

I wanted to try some new food place. The butter chicken is amazing! Got the mild and it cleared my sinuses perfectly on a cold day! I will be buying from here more often! New favorite place!

Aayush and his colleagues at front desk do a very good job. He is polite, customer friendly, listens to customer food preferences carefully (spice level, onion, garlic free choices) and convey it to chef. I have observed him many times as i visit this restaurant regularly. Highly recommend this restaurant.

I didn’t know what I was missing - Bombay Chaat introduced me to Indian street food and new dishes I had never encountered before at Indian restaurants. I always spend more when I want to try everything! I loved the options and choose to get 2 dishes and naan. Everything tasted amazing and I need to go back until I try the whole menu. It functions as a quick service restaurant so the dining room itself is simple and adds nothing to the experience but it was clean and well kept. Can’t wait for more!

My husband chose this for his birthday dinner last weekend. We love Indian street food and this was the only place with Indian street food that we could find in Cleveland. You can order and pay over the phone when you get takeout so that's what we did. My parents, husband, and I all split a bunch of food. For starters we got Dahi Puri, Bombay Special Bhel, Samosa Chole, Samosas, and Gobi Manchurian. I loved the Dahi Puri, Bombay Special Bhel, and the Samosa Chole. We had to assemble the Dahi Puri and Bombay Special Bhel ourselves which I wasn't a fan of. I assume they do this so that it doesn't get soggy though. I usually love Gobi Manchurian, but theirs wasn't as good as others I've had. It was mushy and the sauce was different than what I've had elsewhere. For entrees we got Malai Kofta, Paneer Makhani, and Butter Chicken. I've never had Malai Kofta before, but it was by far my favorite. All three were good (although I always like paneer/veggie more than meat at Indian restaurants). We added cheese naan, garlic naan, and Onion Kulcha as well. The garlic naan was great as usual. I've never had Onion Kulcha before and I loved it. The cheese naan was disappointing. It didn't really taste like it had any cheese. If you've never had Indian street food, you definitely need to try it! This place was delicious and I would highly recommend it.

I have tried this restaurant more than once. All the staff are respectful and their food is clean. I ate there spicy tikka masala and naan bread, but it lacks the service of the waiter. You are serving yourself when taking the order. Thank you.

The food here was great! I got the chicken curry, and the medium spice level was just right! Be sure to specify mild/no spice if you can't take the heat (my friend learned that the hard way). The service was decent, but the restaurant itself made me a bit uncomfortable. It was a hot day, and it was even hotter inside. The floor was sticky, too.

This place doesn't need any introduction. This highly rated restaurant is one of the restaurants that's has been very well thought out and planned before opening. The restaurant realizes that two qualities needed in a restaurant are good food quality and service time and quality. They have completely eliminated the need of servers, you pay upfront and the staff is Young and fast. The staff being the owners increases and optimized the quality of the service. Kudos! The food quality is the best in town or any other neighboring towns.

A very good place for Indian food, including south indian food. It's a small restaurant, but it's a decent one.

Bombay Chat is a decent Indian restaurant! I used to love this place better when they had lunch buffet before pandemic!

A nice place to have a take away or dine-in. It's a self service place, but prep time is really quick. One Curry with complimentary rice is sufficient for one. Food is tasty, and I would love to visit whenever I m driving in or around Cleveland.

Food: Fantastic! Price: $10-$17 Atmosphere: Mom and Pop Cafeteria Overall: Highly Recommend (but call in) Bombaay Chaat is one of my favorite Indian Restaurants in Cleveland. The food has never been anything below great in regard to taste, but their wait time is excessive. I've had to wait 40 minutes before for my food. If you plan to eat here, make sure to call ahead for the order or you will be a while. My go to order is usually the somosa with Chicken Tikka Masala. This time I got the Dahi Puri and Chicken Tikka Masala. The appetizers here are also really overpriced in my opinion. As you can see, the Dahi Puri are simply lightly puffed puris (that you have to fill in yourself) that taste great, but cost $5.49. The sauces at this place are out of this world good which might be where the cost is incurred but still not worth it. The Chicken Tikka Masala sauce here is some of the best I've ever tried. It comes in 4 spice levels and I've found the "spicy" level gives good heat while still pairing well with the cream based sauce. I also usually only go with Chicken here for anything because the lamb and goat are more like pressed cubes. Overall, this Indian spot is great for a call in and pick up. It provides fantastic tasting Indian food to a fairly central spot downtown. Would highly recommend to anyone.

This is authentic Indian food. We love malai kofta, masala dosa and Mysore style dosa from this place. So good! Last night I drove 14 miles form my place to get this food.

For lunch, Bombay Chaat delivers a variety of authentic Indian food buffet style for about $10. Generally, the dishes they serve are pretty good. I am a fan of their Chicken Tikka over rice. Unfortunately, if you come at a busy time (later in the week at or after 12 PM), certain dishes run out and you have to wait a bit before they're replenished. This is especially true for the naan. If you're looking for a quick, all-you-can-eat Indian buffet, Bombay Chaat is your place.

This is hands down the best Indian food I have ever had. The staff is great, the lunch buffet is amazing, and everything is affordable. I only wish I lived closer.

Cleveland was in utter need of this restaurant! Hardly any in town offers the kind of chaat they do. The chef is amazing, he even made a custom chocolate dosa for my 2.5 year old :) Fresh look, lively ambiance and great food...must go!
