Review Alfredo's At The Inn Italian Restaurant - Cleveland

I stayed at the hotel that restaurant is attached to and basically ate here for 4 out of the 5 days I was in town The manager is on top of her game. Servers are great as well. I showed up about 6pm on Friday night and couldn’t get a seat for 30 mins. That tells me the food and service is as good as I thought. I ate the lasagna 3 out of 4 nights and it was fantastic. I stayed at this hotel for company training, and ate here 3 out of 5 nights. The food is great, and Jen at the bar is very attentive and FUNNY! I am coming back in 2 weeks, and I chose my hotel based on this restaurant! I wanted to come back and have another fun week! Grab a seat at the bar, eat a bite, have a drink and enjoy the night!

Everything was very fresh! We had two different types of sauce forthe mussels. I personally liked the red sauce better. Garlic was good. PS, dipp your bread in the sauce you won't be disappointed! The food was really good too! Service was really good as well!

Atmosphere is open and modern, very clean and bright. Our server was attentive and friendly. Appetizers arrived quickly and were fantastic. Meals have generous portions and delicious. The deserts are presented in a glass display and are just right to satisfy and complete our meal. You won't leave hungry but you will be happy. Great choice for a family get together or intimate dining. Will return often.

Food was really good, just a bit expensive but that is to be expected when located inside a hotel. Only ordered an appetizer because I was tired and ready for bed, but was a bit small. Everyone working there was friendly, and got my food very quickly. If ever in that area again for work, would definitely stay at the hotel again and eat from here.

Came for a family gathering for lunch. The food and service were excellent!! The chicken marsala and salad were my favorites, but everything was delicious. A nice pre-meal selection of simple cold appetizers with beverages was also very nice! I would definitely recommend this restaurant. Great for a good size gathering of co-workers, friends or family.

First time trying and it was good - it is adjacent to the Holiday Inn - I tried the Mussels - Stuffed artichokes (not really stuffed just bread crumbs wasn't to pleased)- House salad - Chicken parmigiana - Chicken Marsala They have a happy hour that I will definitely check out

We had a wonderful waitress, she was incredibly busy, yet she checked in on us every few minutes it seemed. There are a few reviews that complained about how slowly the food came out to the table, we’ll, our experience was exactly the opposite. I don’t think five minutes passed before our entrées came out. Everything was hot and made with fresh ingredients. We will be back, that is for sure!

This is a restaurant attached to a hotel. While it is very clean, it just doesn't have that Italian restaurant feel. The food is decent. I think it's a little pricey for what you get. The fettuccine isn't as thick & creamy as what I like. It's more on the runny, soupy side. The zucchini sticks are very good as an appetizer. The best dish that I had there was their Pizza Bianca. A delicious spinach pizza with their garlic butter sauce. I believe what makes this place special is all the wonderful people who work there. Everyone was so friendly & helpful.

This was an incredible fun experience we put tables together and the restaurant did not complain we rented a private room it is very clean the food is superbly great and the service is over the top

I've eaten here with my family multiple times and have attended events there using their event rooms. Every experience has been excellent. Great food, attentive staff, the atmosphere in the event rooms is pretty boring, but the restaurant area is very nice.

Food was good, I'd go there again more because of the atmosphere and service. Our server was stellar and very posh and quaint atmosphere.

We come here for special occasions. This time it was for our anniversary celebration. We always get our favorite menu item which is the veal parmesan dinner. It's always perfectly prepared and comes with a salad, rolls, spaghetti, and a roasted sweet Cubanel pepper 🫑. There are other good items on the menu also; which were praised by past dinner partners. These items are also mostly available on the lunch menu until 3pm at considerable savings.

We had a bereavement luncheon for my mother. Impeccable service, friendly and kind staff and the food...UNBELIEVABLE! Absolutely out of this world. I couldn't reccomend Alfrados, the price and working with Brooke more!

Our server was great. Very attentive. I had calamari as an appetizer and for dinner I just had the two dozen Pei mussels and my husband had veal parm with pasta. The salad looked really good the other couple we were with had chicken risotto and frutti di mare. Everybody was very happy with their meals. in the beginning of the meal the rolls were soft and warm and the butter was soft which I love. I can't stand when the butter is hard and you have to spread it on soft rolls. Great family atmosphere lots of families eating there ....I will definitely be back

Great Real Italian Food . Wonderful staff , such nice people working there .... Servers are great , even the chef came out to visit our table . So glad , I brought 8 people there for dinner that had never been there .... Thanks to your great service , food and dining experience ... They were all pleased and are sure to come back ! Thanks

Had there stuffed artichoke it was the best! Mussels were great. Definitely will be back our server was great. As always all the servers and staff very pleasant.

Alfredo's is Awesome! Delicious Italian Cuisine!! Tracy is a fantastic server,packaged leftovers for us. Just finished the leftovers tonight. Love Alfredos! Bartender knew how to make a virgin Madras. Not everyone knows how. We will definitely be back, SOON!

I will admit that I was a little skeptical to go to a restaurant that was in a hotel. Thoughts of bland food and terrible service danced in my head. However, Alfredo’s took me by surprise. Located in the Holiday Inn hotel lobby, Alfredo’s is somewhat of a best kept secret in Cleveland. They make their own sausage and serve some pretty darn good Italian food.

Great food and service! My family has been coming here for years and we are always impressed. My personal favorites are the Italian Wedding Soup and Chicken Marsala!

Best veal parmesan. Short and simple . . . . . best veal parmesan I've ever had, staff is pleasant and helpful, atmosphere is nice and includes outdoor seating.

Almost perfect...... Except for the calzones, which were more bread than anything else. The cheese was mostly in the center and one big lump......I am not hard to please but this calzone is not worth the price (even with the good salad beforehand). That said, our party of 7 on a busy Sat evening was quite pleased. Super tasting dishes included the Pesto Pasta, Eggplant Parm and Cavatelli with meat sauce. As good as the food is, the desert is really the star of the show. This is one of those rare places where the deserts are actually even better tasting than they look......even when you are not that hungry. Years ago The Spaghetti Company thrived on the corner of SOM & Wilson Mills. Great food, ambience and the chance to sit 'inside a wood barrel' while in a booth were all part of the charm. Time moved on and so did The Spaghetti Company....over to Alfredos. Dont judge this place because it is the house restaurant at the Holiday Inn. Rather, go and enjoy (and sit in a barrel if you want a very private setting). Good food and good service make for a real winner. Menu items have been expanded beyond Italian. Recently we had a 1/2 chicken dish with garlic mashed potatoes and salad that were excellent. Dittos for eggplant and turkey meatball pasta. The Italian wedding soup is homemade and excellent. The premeal bread is warm and tasty, and service is polished. No reservations necessary, as this place is also large. Try Alfredos and tell them you want to sit in a barrel...you will be glad you did!

I liked it. We had a great server and the food was flavorful. It was real Italian food and not just Sysco out of a jar! It was better than expected for a restaurant in a hotel.

Great restaurant. We hate there last night and had a really nice time with our friends. Everyone enjoyed our table and our server. The food was really great and we enjoyed not having to drive downtown for something good. Will be back soon!

One of my favorite places to eat.. I really like going to Alfredo's. My inlaws hosted our rehearsal dinner there and ever since then my now "husband" and I really enjoy going to eat. The chicken marsala is so good. My hubby loves everything, he tries something different every time we go.
