I remember this place from when I was a child. It’s been over 40 years and still delicious! Had the sweet pleasure of bringing my husband and adult son to enjoy their first taste of Honey Hut ice cream while we were visiting from Virginia. We didn’t let the cold, wet weather deter us 😉
Their chocolate malt with extra malt is my favorite thing to get. I have tried malts at numerous other ice cream places and no one comes close to Honey Hut. They have an amazing selection of ice creams as well.
Honey Hut is the original, iconic neighborhood ice cream shop. Our location, on State Rd, was the first to open, and it's been a favorite for years. Love the atmosphere, love the ice cream, and love the fact that they're open year 'round now.

This place is a MUST when visiting Cleveland! Excellent selection of flavors and outta this world ice cream! That was the best strawberry shortcake ever!! Wish we had one in Missouri!!
Everything was nice, fast and clean. I got a sprinkle waffle cone and mint chocolate chip ice cream, my wife had a scoop of Keylime pie and she LOVED it.
Sorry the cup is empty but you can't stop to take a picture when you are eating at Honey hut.

July 2021: This place is highly recommended by many people. Even President Joe Biden, visited the Honey Hut to sample their famous ice cream. I ordered the honey pecan malt and was satisfied. Overall, this place lives up to the hype 👍🏽👍🏽
