This is a fantastic Vietnamese Restaurant located right in the heart of the trendy E 4th St in Downtown Cleveland. The food is well prepared and nicely presented and tastes great too. The atmosphere is warm and inviting. The service is extremely friendly and welcoming. There are plenty of comfortable booths as well as long tables for large groups. This place is a GEM. I will return. We were delighted with our visit.

Wow!! If you want a filling, healthy and delicious Vietnamese food, you have to check this out! The food is fast, authentic and we have gone multiple times now. Service is fast, bathrooms are clean, staff is friendly.

Food, service, ambiance all excellent at reasonable prices. We had summer rolls, shrimp lotus rootlet salad, curry squid, crepe, and charbroiled pork rice. All great, and among them I liked the most the curry squid and charbroiled pork rice.

Stumbled upon Saigon Restaurant & Bar in the heart of downtown Cleveland, surrounded by vibrant food joints, bustling bars, and groovy live music. The server suggested I try their pho and pork spring rolls - best advice I'd had all day! Tasting those flavors stirred nostalgic memories of warm family gatherings around a hearty bowl of pho. I left delighted with my dining choice and strongly recommend you to check this place out if you're around.

Very Kind owner and the food was Amazing!! If you love great service and pho, check out this beautiful place!! My 5 boys loves their pho even have to drink the soup out of the bowl lol!! Thank you for making us feel welcome in Cleveland and we will be back to visit!!!

Exquisite food. Was in Cleavland for business and got recommended for this restaurant by a colleague. All dishes in the menu seemed interesting and it was very hard to chose. I think I must come here again and taste more of the delicious dishes they have on the menu

Once you trek your way through the marijuana cloud on 4th street, you’ll find your way into Saigon. A small, unassuming Vietnamese restaurant. The service was prompt. The atmosphere was quiet. Our food was delicious. My 10 year old had the shrimp stir fry and I have the vermicelli w shrimp. Both were excellent. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for delicious Vietnamese food.

I live above Saigon on E 4th. I eat here/order take out at least 3x a week. I’ve traveled all of the world. Might be one of my favorite restaurants ever. I bring all my out town friends here. Recommendations: Shrimp Rolls, Pho & Crispy Pork Roll Rice Noodles dish. Really can’t go wrong.

Friendly staff great atmosphere and great food! East 4th has many gems, and this one shouldn't be overlooked, Siagon has the best "special coffee"with heavy cream and rich French press coffee on ice! Sweet and sour chicken, got it! Soups, vermicelli they got it! Delicious spring rolls and clay pot catfish to die for! So come down to East 4th sit outside and enjoy the best Vietnamese food in Cleveland

These guys are without a doubt the best Cleveland restaurateurs I know. Their service has never been anything less than impeccable...and friendly, to boot! Just tonight, I raced in the door five minutes before closing time hoping for a pork vermicelli. I'm an idiot; and despite the kitchen being officially closed, the owner handed me a complementary to go container of fried rice. I've known and loved this company for years; and today they loved me back. Please give this restaurant a chance to welcome you into their warm embrace, too!

Our family loves Saigon so much, we come up from Cuyahoga Falls almost every week! The soups are amazing (we've tried them all!) and my favorite. I love the shrimp in the Vietnamese Crepe. The vermicelli (rice noodles) with crispy pork and/or charbroiled pork (a fun extra) is a staple for our family to order. Of course, the Vietnamese Iced Coffee is yummy and refreshing. You can get regular "safe Chinese-style" food, too, such as sweet and sour chicken and chicken with vegetables. The staff is friendly and efficient. You can sit outside on the patio if the weather is warm and watch the people go by. Nice modern atmosphere inside. Our favorite!!!

What a gem! Quiet, a great owner and the food was teriffic. I had the rare beef pho with egg noodles instead of rice noodles and it was outstanding with a very complex broth. Patty had shrimp egg rolls and chicken lettuce wraps and loved both. I will be back.

The cabbage salad is honestly something I dream of at night! It's such an amazing menu! Very authentic and the kindest people own it! My favorite downtown quick spot! Get the cabbage salad with chicken and you will be hooked! Cilantro, fried onions, peanuts, homemade sweet vinaigrette! Heaven!

The food was amazing! The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered. The owner had a 30 minute conversation with us before the crowd hit and he is just wonderful. Next time I'm in Cleveland I'm coming here again!
