Started with a delicious glass of wine from Multipuciano and an Italian beer from Tuscany. Waitress was very attentive. Intimate surroundings. Homemade pasta dishes for both of us.

We stopped here for dinner before the SAINT IGNATIUS Christmas Concert at Severance Hall. We were VERY LUCKY to find a parking spot right in front of the restaurant on a rainy night. Our reservation was confirmed, and we were taken to our table. Service was prompt and very attentive all night. The food was well prepared and delicious. Everyone at our table was pleased, and we were glad we came. We are looking forward to our next visit. THANK YOU.

My husband and I have dined here several times. The food is always delicious and the service is great. It's a small restaurant, so be prepared to be close. I enjoyed the seafood risotto and my husband had the mushroom ravioli. We thoroughly enjoyed our meal with a bottle of Montepulciano. Only negative I had is they did not have any Gelato...they usually have great Gelato! Etna is one of my favorite places in Little Italy 🇮🇹. 5 star experience for me.

Visiting Cleveland on a business trip, and Etna was recommended by a colleague. Very well prepared food, great service. We didn't have a reservation but had no problem getting seats at the bar. It was unusually busy for a Wednesday night, but the service was very good.

Etna is a fantastic find! I have had dinner here several times now. The food is consistently excellent. The service is always friendly and responsive. Tons of atmosphere. If you are looking for a date night place that serves delicious food and great wine selection. Etna is the place for you!

I walked in without a reservation on a Saturday evening and they had no problem finding me a seat at the bar. I'm so glad they did! I had a wonderful meal with one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had. Just one of those little neighborhood spots that can't be beat!

Elay, the bartender gave me the menu and the wine menu. a minute after he placed bread and water in front of me.
I ordered a 'casa' salad and ravioli. I asked him to his advice of wine that complements the ravioli dish. He pured me 2 white wines to taste and I chose Chardonnay.
Afterwards I had a great conversation with him and ordered a dessert.
When he gave me the receipt, he told me that the dessert is 'on the house'.
The ravioli and the dessert were amazing!!

Pepe is like the older brother you always wanted and never had. I know his younger brother he is a restauranteur in Geneva. Both are phenomenal but this review is for Etna. I can’t praised this place enough. From its chic decor to the service to the plating to the phenomenal experience of enjoying the meal. Everything is well thought out the service staff is…… I have no words to describe how they are. And I won’t use a superlative I’ll let you use your imagination. I could come here for the rest of my life and experience, a different culinary journey every single time. You should treat yourself as I have done. And as I will do as long as I live here.

Authentic Italian food, delicious and beautifully presented and professionally served. Yummy! We had a delicious meal with friends on a Saturday night. The wine list is quite good too--we had a delicious and not overly marked up Brunello. Thank you Etna!
